After Heather Mills' high-profile histrionics last week, claiming suicidal thoughts and other life-risking behavior, her ex-husband, that guy Sir Paul McCartney, wants their 4-year old daughter with him -- all the time.

The UK's News of the World reports that Macca has told friends that he's "deeply worried" that Heather has lost it and is already talking to his lawyers about getting full custody of Beatrice. Mills talked to various TV outlets about fearing "hit men" and "an underground movement" as well.

Ozzy Calls Sting Op Sheriff "Lazy"


Ozzy Osbourne is going totally bats**t after a sheriff in North Dakota used his name to stage a sting operation.

Ozzy says that Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney is "lazy" and "should be apologizing" to him, after Laney promoted a "party" last week to corral more than 30 people who had outstanding warrants. "It is insulting to me and to my audience and it shows how lazy this particular sheriff is when it comes to doing his job," said Osbourne in a statement.

Laney says that he meant "no disrespect" to Osbourne.

31. I don't see how this could possibly work out for Heather but I do wish her luck going up against the "House Of McCartney"..p/s I wouldn't be surprised if what Mills said about Stella was true.

33. 29. McCartney is a notorious cheapskate.
Mills is right...How can you have that much money and not give more to charity? Mills would at least do some good with her part of the money.
If he was stupid enough to marry with no pre-nup, he is going to have to pay.
Oh and considering the rabid rants of some of the people just on here, she probably is right about being threatened.
For some reason people think Sir Paul is a God. He is not, and he's a mediocre musician as well.

I do believe that Paul MADE the money. I do believe that Paul can do what ever he wants with HIS money. BTW, money he made LOOOONG before the one legged grifter sunk her claws into him.

35. #8- Sir old man is 65. I guess since I was born after the Beatle craze, I don't idolize him. As a divorced person, I know first hand there are always 2 sides of the story, and between his adult children, fans, and the press the poor woman never stood a chance.

36. I hope Paul is able to accomplish getting custody of his daughter from Heather, who is obviously an unstable woman. She's trying desperately to get people to like her, but it's hard to like a woman who stands to get millions of dollars for being married to a rich man for four years. All the signs were there. Paul's kids didn't like her, and now Heather's making statements trying to make Paul out to be a bad guy. She seems to forget that Paul was married to Linda McCartnery for over 30 years, and Linda was the kind of woman that wouldn't take any crap from anyone. So I hardly believe Paul is the evil man that Heather is trying to make him out to be in the press. She's fighting a losing battle. No one is going to feel sorry for her "living in a prison" as she puts it, since that prison is nicer than where 99.9% of the rest of us live. If she would just stop talking, she wouldn't be getting hate mail and the like. I can see why Paul is worried about his daughter being in Heather's custody.

37. ...damn straight mcartney made the dough, why should mills get any of it? but she will, and she doesn't deserve a dime. i wouldn't go as far as to say i'd want to "beat the woman with her own leg" (chortle), but i understand why she invokes that sort of animosity. she's a joke and a liar. i can't be bothered to dig up the articles i've read of credible people who have accused her of plagerism and such, but she has a history of "bending the truth." i agree with the poster that says there are skeletons in paul's closet he doesn't want out, and i think he's an old fool for marrying so quickly and so badly so soon after linda, but hey, who doesn't have a few issues in a 30 year marriage? and who doesn't smoke a little pot now and then? ;-)...point is, she's a cow, who should get nothing and like it.
i'd be po'd if i was ozzy too, but alls fair in love and expired parking tickets...

You know many times when there is an inheritance involved children (ADULT children) from a prior marriage, are so afraid the new wife is going to get it all and they will get nothing or minimal in the avent of there Fathers death. That is more then likely why Sir Pauls kids from Linda and himself were resentful from the beginning. It wasn't necessarily they could "see through her." it was about money.

40. I hope for the sake of their 4yr old daughter Paul and Heather can come to an agreement. I don't think Heather should get any more money, Paul trusted and loved her enough not to get a pre-nuptial agreement (mistake on his part) so she should leave the dollar and cents along. If she is falling into a depression I definetly feel Paul should get custody. Should she get treatment and feelings of suicide etc. diminish then I think both should have custody. They should both have only the best intrest of their daughter in mind and stop the fighting over silly things, Heather quit thinking of the money, if you want to give it to charity, then have it done where that is what one of the stipulations Paul would have to do. He had money before you came along and you should not be entitled to anything except half of what he or both of you made when married.

Ozzy you go dude, I would be ticked to. I guess they have went from Domino's pizza to you Oz. Goes to show they will do anything for a bust.

41. If you love animals, you will not sponsor or buy Ozzy Osbourne albums. Ozzy has tortured and orally decapitated many animals and was even arrested for this same behavior.

Society should be judged by how we treat our animals. And its time to throw Osbourne in the same type of cage he kept his bats in.

42. Re: Heather Mills. Let me see if I understand...after being villified in the press in a high profile divorce, she's now an unfit parent because she shared her feelings? Sure it might have been more acceptable for her to share to a counselor rather than a reporter, but it doesn't make her unfit. However, someone with Sir Paul's status can sit back calmly & make it seem like she's the crazy one. I noticed he didn't say as much about Mill's audio tape of his abusive rants...& admitting to hitting his ex.. how convenient.

43. I'm sure Paul was not a model husband but this woman needs to learn that her hystrionics and storytelling will come back to bite her in the butt.
I dislike Mills for all of her "I'm just like you" comparisons to other amputees. She is nothing like them. The amputees she compares herslef to have had to fight to get their insurance or other agency to help them get one below par prothesis. This woman has a wardrobe of top of the line technological limbs. I've never seen her kick her foot out in front of her and snap her knee back to lock it so she can take a step the way most amputees must do. I'd love to know how much money she spent to be able to compete in a dance competition. She could likely have outfitted a hundred amputees with satisfactory aids with that money.

45. Part of their marital problems was that Paul is a bigtime MJ toker. I have lived with someone who couldn't function without it and it is not fun.
