She's Coming Baaack! Rosie to MSNBC?

Rosie O'DonnellControversial talk show hostess Rosie O'Donnell is set to return to television, this time with her own show on MSNBC, sources on both sides of the talks tell the New York Times.

According to the Times, one idea being thrown around has the former "View" babe filling the 9:00 PM slot -- directly against "Larry King Live" on CNN and "Hannity & Colmes" on FOX News. Dan Abrams currently has that slot for MSNBC, but his ratings have been less than spectacular.

NBC execs were quick to caution that no deal was in place at this time. Calls to Rosie's rep were not immediately returned.

271. US invaded under intelligence that we had at the time (period)

You sound like one of those koo koo's that feel wire tapping is a crime and an invasion of privacy against a possible and/or terrist?

WE TRY AND THEN THERE IS YOU "IN YOUR WORDS"
Don't you find it incredible that the UNITED FREAKIN" STATES of AMERICA couldn't find more reliable sources? That their intelligence-collecting was so shoddy?

Bush can't win no matter what he does or tries(period)

272. "Lovin' life"--I am in no means a "koo koo", and appreciate the fact that wire-tapping is necessary, yes, to obtain the information necessary to keep this country safe, but the intelligence that led to the Iraq War was shoddy, and was proven to be wrong, and it's not just a trip down to the corner for a gallon of milk, you-know-what-I-mean? And you have every right to support your choice for President, if you voted for Bush in the past two elections, but it appears to me there were some big mistakes made. And I would also prefer the American troops to be home and safe, or fighting in Afganistan where their presence is desperately needed.

273. please make this woman (?) disappear.
she is loud, uneducated, boring, fake, fat, dull,

274. I hope its true, we need a different point of view.

275. There is no way this will happen. Rosie is someone who needs to be seriously evaluated as to her state of mind. I do not say that with cruelity, but with concern. Why would any network further exploit someones problems. It will come back to haunt them.

276. She is such a pig. I can't believe people even watch her. Trash.

277. #269, Rosie Supporter. We are in Afghanistan, you idiot.

Has the US been attacked since 9/11? No. Do they wish they could attack us every day of the year? Yes. Have we broken up many terrorist cells in the US and abroad? Yes. Do terrorists LOVE when Rosie opens her fat mouth? Yes. Are our men and women fighting for her freedom to continue to open her fat mouth? Yes.

Show a little appreciation or please leave the USA.

Thanks.

280. 274, I know we are in Afganistan, I'm sorry I didn't word that more clearly. You can fight in two countries, but your efforts would be more successful if the focus had continued to be Afganistan, correct? Perhaps not, but it's just my opinion. There are only so many soldiers to fight these wars, so I pray it's not Iran next. Peacekeepers are always worthy of respect and acknowledgement, but don't ask Rosie or anybody else to *support a war* in a country that DID NOT ATTACK THE UNITED STATES. She has not degraded the soldiers or criticized the decision to invade Afganistan. And she didn't say the American troops are terrorists, she asked the rhetorical question, "Who are the terrorists?" as in, in the eyes of the innocent civilians of Iraq, could the current administration of the United States be perceived as such? And why, when people question this current administration and their decisions, are they asked to leave the country? Why don't they do a freakin' better job of running it, instead of SPENDING BILLIONS on a WAR that the majority of citizens want to be over, never mind if they didn't support it in the first place?

281. Anyhoo, it's obvious that there are just as many "Haters" as "Supporters" out there, at least at TMZ, so I'm done defending Rosie's freedom of speech. I still think it's awesome when we are presented with an opposing point of view once in awhile, so I hope the rumors about her show are true. I just wish the so-called "journalists" would lay off with their gossip and hearsay. Stick to reporting the news. That would be fantastic.

I also enjoy "The Daily Show" and "The Colbert Report."

Ugh, actually, she DID accuse the troops of being terrorists. I watched the episode where she said it. But thats ok, you just keep trying to justify her. She can't do it, so someone has to do it for her. Or, as others have said, if it is such a crappy country to live in, well, you dooooooo have the right to leave.

And maybe rosie will lay off with the gossip and heresay.

Posted at 8:59PM on Nov 6th 2007 by Spurs

284. Whats up TMZ with the only putting up certain posts again. Whatever happened to free speech and all that crap.

Posted at 9:02PM on Nov 6th 2007 by Spurs

285. Sad commentary on the intelligence of our society in general. Why do so many people feel the need to hear the opinions of freaks, idiots, perverts and wannabe politicians? TV execs who give shows to people like Rosie, Bill O'Lielly, Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck, etc. should be locked in padded rooms with huge tv screens on every wall with those programs running eternally until they start bleeding from their eyes and beg forgiveness. Of course thats just my opinion, I could be wrong.
