32. I don't think he's drunk at all. I would say he is stoned. Glassy eyes, perma-grin and he probably wasn't understanding the cop because he was STONED and probably repeating the stoner phrase "what? what? what?" He must have gone to Walgreens for Doritos and Hersheys.

As a criminal justice major, I have absolutely no sympathy for morons who do drugs or get high and think they are above the law because they have good writers and scripts and have a tiny bit of name recognition. For gods sake they arrested keifer sutherland and mel gibson- 2 much much MUCH bigger movie stars, and didn't think anything of it. Why should this dork get a break? Because he played a character alongside some CG robots? Would you say give him a break if he was joe blow? No, you wouldn't.

It's time to stop worshipping these fools already. ALL they do is read lines written by the real talent who is never credited- the screenwriters, and benefit from the hard work of the visual fx guys, without who we'd have no super cool stuff to look at. Why don't we give the behind-the-scenes guys a free pass instead? Drunk, loitering, obnoxious, tresspassing? Who cares! Some girls think you look good, so ...we'll let you of the hook. What? you have no talent, a long nose, and a weird eye...but you're blonde with a great body and you had a BAC of 1.6? No problem, we'll sentence you to 60 days in jail but then feel sorry for you because you're rich and skinny so we'll knock it down to 2 days behind bars. Fuggetaboutit.

A crime is a crime no matter who commits it. Hopefully, none of you cheerleaders are going into law enforcement.
