49. Shia was kidnapped by a Decepticon Autobots and then injected with motor oil so that's why his eyes are so glassy, he was looking for Bumble Bee at the Walgreens, but in reality Optimus Prime told him to meet up at Wal-mart so he was lost and confused

53. I think this guy is a good guy. And refusing to leave? Big deal! I dont think he should be put in jail! POor guys gonna have that on his record, and for that? Maybe he was drunk, but lots of people get drunk and do weird things ( like on cops ) and some of them dont get put in jail!

57. ....I still love him. I think he deserves a second chance. I must say I'm a bit disappointed though, he seemed like the oddball in all the young hollywood drama, I hope that he redeems himself, and that this was just a one time thing. This is his first offense in my eyes, and I really hope there won't be a second. I'm on his side, and I hope he doesn't become like all the rest, because the thing that makes him stand out is his difference from all the rest.

58. Some of the posts claim to be able to tell he's drunk just by looking at the photo heading the article. Personally, I don't see it. Perhaps the guard at the Walgreens was suspicious of him because of his scruffy appearence. Being screuffy, but not drunk, Shia naturally refused. According to reports, police saying he was pleasant, cooperative. That does not sound like someone who would be drunk enough to arrouse the suspicions of a security guard. Of course, for what ever reason the guard had, he should have left when asked by the guard. He is guilty of the charge regardless of being drunk or not.

59. If this is the worst thing that ever happens in Shia's life, then he has had a really quality life. The great thing is, he wasn't hanging out in the mens room tapping his feet....! Shia rocks. Also This was going to be the 1st time he's ever shaved & he was hanging out trying to figure out what kinda razor to buy. (too many choices & matching the coupons to the razors on sale)...!

60. The part that is omitted is why didn't he want to leave. Did he walk in the door and the guard said don't come in? Was he in the store knocking things over? If you consider this news, which it is not, at least give the entire story. Another case of selective reporting to sensationalize something trivial to the public.
