Christian Group Gets All God on 50

The Resistance, a Christian media watchdog group, is demanding that 50 Cent retire. The group that once called Fiddy a satanist is now urging him to hang up his rapper bling and call it a day -- after losing his record-selling bet against Kanye West.
Fiddy and Mark
Mark Dice, the group's public voice, explained, "It is time for 50 Cent to be a man of his word, and retire. The world will be a better place when this satanic piece of filth retires and stops making music." Well, no un-Jesuslike judgment there! The group is also asking people to flood Cent's MySpace with comments encouraging the rap superstar to permanently call it a day.

At time of publication, not one comment had been posted.

31. It is interesting that people that claim to be such great Christians seem to always be the biggest hypocrites. What ever happened to "only God can pass judgement" and all that malarky?

Correct me if I am wrong, but don't cults recruit more with honey, not hatred?

So its a crime to talk about things that you have experienced and seen in your life? Just because you don't like rap music doesn't mean that other don't as well, in fact the majority of rap music is bought by white America. Just because someone is a rapper doesn't mean they're a thug, most actually want to get away from that life and therefore turn to rap. It's closed minded people like you that help perpetuate the stereotypes about things you have no clue about. I'm sure you think that the satanic Rock groups are thugs that should be put in jail as well...but I highly doubt you do!

36. You people at TMZ don't have a clue to the character of Jesus. He was not just a little lamb, teaching, "oh, don't judge, don't judge, whatever anyone decides to do, it's okay." He scourged the moneychangers out of the temple. Jesus took violent action. He would be charged with "assault" today. He called the hotshots of his time hypocrits, told one guy who refused to obey him that it was easier for a camel to go thru a needles eye than a rich man enter heaven, called the religious leaders, whitewashed graves, full of dead men's bones.
So unless you know what you're talking about, leave JESUS out of it.

40. The only thing worse than a religious zealot is .25. I wish he would just go away. For the fool that thinks getting shot 9 times means something, you are right, it means a lot of people hate that freak.

I totally agree with you. People need to stop trying to make ENTERTAINERS responsible for the things they are lacking in doing for themselves. I listen to rap music everyday all day and i've never committed a crime, been arrested, don't have any out of wedlock children, am not on welfare, and have a degree in computer engineering. You are responsible for yourself. If you don't like the music cause you can't relate, then don't listen to it, nobody is forcing you. Just as Heavy Metal and satanic rock groups don't appeal to me , I would never tell them to stop making music i just wont listen to it. BOTTOM LINE MAKE YOUR OWN CHOICES!

50 Cent presides over the expansive G-Unit empire, which includes a record label (Lloyd Banks, Mobb Deep), apparel, ringtones, videogames and even a line of G-Unit street fiction books. The chiseled rapper also owns a small stake in VitaminWater; in June, Coca-Cola announced it would buy the brand for $4.1 billion. (His estimated $100 million take will be counted toward next year's Celebrity 100 list, following official consummation of the deal.) Recently listed his 50-room Connecticut manse, appraised at $20 million, on the market. He bought it for $4 million in 2003.

so your right he isn't worth a nickle....HE WORTH MILLIONS....ROFLMAO

44. As a Christian woman, I do not believe people should be able to judge one another! The point of being a Christian is showing the love of God to others w/o being judgmental. I can't judge 50 cause I am not perfect nor is any one else BUT the reason alot of Christians don't believe in his music is because many of our youth today feel that it is a positive thing to sell drugs and get shot 9 times. I believe their intentions were good, but their approach was totally wrong and that's when non-believers become judgmental towards us.
