35. If you read Hawaiian Law on this you will find that what Tucker Chapman did is a FELONY. I hope that he is prosecuted for this. Under the law, everyone has the right to expect conversations either in person or over the phone to be confidential. However when 1 party records the conversation and then sells or uses it for any public purpose it becomes a FELONY. Racism is wrong, however if you are going to scream everytime a white person uses the N word, than we have a right to scream when ever Rev.Al or Rev. Jesse or Farrakhan or someone like Charles Barclay makes derogatory comments about us. The race card works both ways.

36. Everyone has some kind of racism in them and if you deny it... well then you have to be the one to live with a lie. Look at the good Dog has done by getting drugs and especially rapist's off the street and the help he has given to so many. Look at what the blacks call the whites and other races, do we make a big stink about it and cost someone their livelihood? We are in a big fight with illegals right now. Sure the law is one thing but hey if your going to be here learn the flippin language.. ENGLISH! Is there racism there.. sure... Am I going to be plastered all over the paper... noooo. Blacks have every opportunity to go to school, learn and have a good life. It's their choice to sell drugs, kill people and sing (not) songs that are full of hate towards white people. If whites did that... OMG it would be war! So lets get real here! I also think that the Enquirer stooped to the lowest of the low to actually pay big money for a tape like that to ruin someones life and career of a do-gooder. I think that is flat out hate in it's self. We all backed him when Mexico came to extradite him after he went to Mexico to get one of the worst rapist's out there. He made a mistake because this became public. He was in the privacy of his own home and his son did this solely for the purpose of money. Now that is sick! His son may also be in trouble himself. What about privacy laws? You can not record a conversation unless you tell that person that you are recording it. He said he uses the N word. Ok fine, for some it's a figure of speech, it's what they were taught to say. Does that make them a racist? No, it's just poor judgment in speech.

41. we get to hear the N word sooo frequently because blacks always utter them. my small kids learned that word from our black neighbor. and also from black music.
but that doesn't mean we are racist. blacks should conduct themselves properly to get the respect they want.

I rather doubt it. He is pissed off over the bahavior of his son and the girl. Why don't you investigate the reason he was angry, and publicize that, much more interesting.

45. Tucker is a meth head. That is why he went to prison , and robbery I believe. So his Dad didn't bond him out.........Tucker needed help and his Dad saved his life. Looks like he went back to his drug habit to make money off of anything he could !!!! He is a pig !!!!
I really do not believe Dog is racist!!! Crap I use the word sometimes. just slips out...... then I change it. I guess I listen to too much rap and the word is in my head !!!!!! Crap they use it all the time , but what good for one isn't for the other. If blacks do not want to hear the word then STOP using it !!!!!!!!!!!!!
