Here's a take from a midwestern gal--the blacks in my city call each other the N word when they refer to someone of their race that is living off welfare, lazy, not working, etc. White people I know (and I am one) call white people who are living off welfare, lazy, not working, "white trash". I think that Dog was referring to this person's CHARACTER. Everyone assumes that when you say the N word it is addressed to all of the black race. Do you know how many people a day I hear say that word and you never hear a thing about it? Same thing with white trash--what if I made a big deal about all the people calling white people that? I say, where I live, it is a point of reference where one's character is concerned, not their color. This word has been around for years and there are other words used to describe Hispanics, Italians, etc., and you don't hear anything about that! Give the guy a break cause everyone is guilty of transgressions, verbal, physical, public or not. We should all actually grow up and talk like adults and I am as guilty of using bad words as anybody else. We all need to clean up our language whether it's just cuss words or in this case. Who out there wants to cast the first stone?

68. This seems to be a family problem--ticked off at dad, so release his tape. Dog is disgusting--his show is racist, his wife is a pig--and his kids do not all get along. Should have done more damage control, Duane, and got along with your own kids in making your money. Personally, I think his show features a white supremist con, with his ...ahem--wife, that try to make Hawaii natives, and other indigineous peoples look like the Ice dealers in Hawaii--meanwhile, Duane's daughter gets killed in a meth bust in AK? 69. I agree with you Madison. Same here. Seems to me more whites are screaming racism than blacks, which is par for the course. If Dog is racist, he's racist against this particular black woman who set him up for Enquirer money long before this happened. You don't hear that part of the story though of course.

I'd like to hear what most people say when they're pissed off and being unknowingly taped. I'd bet they'd shock themselves.

72. The only reason that Dog and his litter have not faded into the Hawaiian sunset of "member him", is because everyone keeps digging this up. I work a block from Da Kine Bailbonds and it is shut tighter than fort knox. If they are out hunting, it's at night or something.

I actually heard a Black guy on some show trying to defend his use of the word as private. Thats fine, it was private. But......none the less, it was made public. When will everyone see him for the person he is. He doesn't want a black person in his family or associated with them, guess what, I don't think that there are too many people of any color at this point that want to associate with that crew.

The guys are fine, easy goin, will say hi. Beth, for all her trailerpark allure is just a stuckup, overbearing in public, dislikeable person. I think the notoriety of strutting around in swat gear, carrying puesdo guns in the form of mace cans and offering self rightious sermons to captives is the height of arrogance and deceit and gave him an air of "I do what I want. I think he believed a little too much in "Ainokea". Or for mainlanders, I don't care.

You watch, in about a couple of weeks, both he and she will be making the rounds of talkshows claiming to be hurt and insulted and disenfranchised with the people they tried to help, I guess the name calling is part of the therapy................"Ho dog brah, you got plany pilikea one smart crack wen make....laters for you brah".

I watched the "boondocks" last night they said the N-word over 40 x's last night

and it sounded really lame.... like you know what I mean repeated over and over.


I liked in the movie "rush hour" with Jackie Chan a good example of the n-word he

arrives to america and has no idea the stigma attached to the word and hears 2 black

guys using it and thinks its how everyone greets eachother so he says it and they show
