35. Duran Duran look just as great today style wise and image wise! Still edgy with their outfits too! I loved their 2004 album Astronaut--almost have worn out that CD! Sorry that Andy Taylor left, but I wish him the best. I'm excited about their new album on Nov. 13! Their music actually sounds the best in November and December!

36. This past summer, I got to get their "Greatest" CD of 1998 of their 19 hits. The fourth or fifth copy I've gotten within the past 9 years! This band made some incredible records in the '80s! Solid pop records! I hope they can continue that momentum with this new album. And having Timbaland and Justin Timberlake do songs for them? Oh, this record is going to be HOT and FUNKY!!!!!!!!!!

39. They still look great after all of these years. I saw their last tour and the show was amazing! I can't wait for them to come back to L.A.
Since they've been selling records (or CDs) for almost 30 years, you know they have to be great musicians!

42. We have all gotten older, they look very dashing still.. has anyone seen how other 80's icons look?? Like Boy George for instance, George Micheal has aged too. It's life.. but I'll tell you this Duran Duran still looks and sounds great....Oh hey , off the subject a bit. Has anyone seen Jan Micheal Vincent lately??? EEEWWWWW!!!

45. Duran Duran is still a great live act. I saw them on their reunion tour in the last year or two, and expected them to have lost something, but if anything, they were stronger, tighter and better musically than they ever were. Worth a ticket if they come by; they're old school musicians, and no lipsynching here. Powerful and dynamic live, with goosebump moments.
Simon's vocals were pitch-perfect, succinct, clear, skilled and soared, along with the others.
Some of their songs are beautiful and audibly stunning. Regardless of their past era, and what you remember, these guys can write music evidenced by their new stuff, which is every bit as good as their famous past tunes.
