69. maybe these stars don't announce their pregnancies immediately is because during the first trimester is the greatest risk of miscarrying. I wonder how many stars go through awful miscarriages and fear that this personal painful experience would or will be be headlines. Many people I know who aren't stars choose to wait until they are at least 3 - 4 months pregnant before announcing for those same reasons, what if something happens.
