18. To me...apparently you have never called 911 either because, fyi, when you do, and the police shows up, you have to give them your personal information, that includes phone numbers and that's regardless if you call 911 or the officer just happened to be there.

I totally agree with Leslie, it doesn't matter if you are a celebrity or not, if you fear for your safety, you should get police help, plain and simple. I would do exactly the same thing, we are all just talking because she is a celebrity, hence she is a lot more exposed to the public eye than the rest of we are.

Now, does it matter where her husband was??? Does a woman and her child have to go everywhere accompanied by her husband because of fear??? What happens to the millions of stay-at-home moms that want to take their kids to the park? Should they wait for their husbands to return from work because God forbids they take their kids out without the almighty protection of their husbands??? Please!!! Let's be realistic!

Omofrmom: She isn't in frickin' Afganistan. Her husband isn't required to travel with her in order to give her, lowly female, the right to go out in public unharassed.

20. One does have to wonder why such monumentally rich people don't hire body guards, and drivers. With her fame, I wouldn't go out in public without a body guard or 2, and a big insurance policy for when the body guard has to beat the crap out of some ex-con photographer.

22. Fiona I agree with you all these celebs should hire a bodyguard since the paps are harrasing and stalking them,it's sad when they swarm them with the kids...vivi I agree with you also,Ben has to work or whatever just like the rest of the country so it doesn't matter why he was not there.

Anyone who has access to a digital camera or video camera seem to think that they can get in on the action now.

All sites from Perez to x17 are busy advertising "We'll BUY YOUR PHOTOS".

This is like waving red capes before bulls. They all think that they can get lots of money and all they have to do is hang out in front of someone's house, or apartment, or school, hot bars, etc. They are waiting for the shot that will bring them some money when they sell it to the gossip rags and/or blogs.

They literally claw each other to get closest. It's sick and needs to stop.

25. Maybe someone should start getting info on the Paps themselves. Follow their husbands or wives to work, go to their kids schools. Take pictures of there kids at school or out with friends, show up to school events and publish all they can about the paps and their families. I wonder if they would get pissed? Does someone lose some privacy when they become famous, without a doubt, its trade off. But surrounding someone when they have their kids with them is out of line. Remember, they're just kids, they don't know whats going on. How easy is it the scare a 3 year old, pretty dam easy, would you want your kid all flipped out because some jack off is trying to make a dollar off you and your kid. This is going to get worse until someone snaps and some pap gets shot in the face. Then they would back off.

Me...what I am trying to say about the number is that, the way TMZ is saying "She even exchanged numbers...blahblahblah" they are "implying" that poor Jennifer is about to cheat on poor Ben and run away with the cop...it sounded as that was what they were implying, see my point? When truth is, every single person that contacts the police has to give out their number...nothing new there, but they make such a fuzz out of it....See my point now? Am I making any sense?

Maybe TMZ never contacted the cops...oh I see! That's what it is...

28. garner is an ugly D-list actress. her and tara reid should sell their souls to the devil. the paps should have not wasted their time on this d-list trash. tracking garner is probably the 2nd to worst waste of paps time. the worst was when they tracked BENNIFER, the images of jlo walking and holding hands with afflect as he followed like a good idiotic slave boy are sickening.

Maybe I am getting too old and I am only 25 but...I miss those days...I miss the glamour, I don't need the low class :-(
