31. I dont get it.. Kfed cant pay his lawyer? he should get low class lawyer.. not asking britney to pay. and that lawyer shouldnt work for kfed if he clearly knows he cant afford it and jobless or whatever self employed with no income. again kfed shouldnt rent that massive house. he should settle in a house with his income worth. maybe 1000 a month apartment. court fees? omg i dont get it:S he have no pride or what as a human being? get a job kfed, stop digging money from ur exes. you got the look but.. nomoney.kfed is so busy dating. i dont think he cares about the kids.i like britney as the sole custody for the kids.. kids will be happier with britney.

From the BEGINING I have said this case is about MONEY..How does K-fed support the KIDS he has with Shar all this time if he doesnt have PERSONAL INCOME...o WAIT...I forget Britney has been paying all this time.What a Joke...Who works 40 and not make a cent to feed his kids. 33. Women do this every day and get away with it, why can't men. Not saying I agree, I"m just playing devil's advocate. He had to deal with only what can be described as bi-polar behavior. She needs to be medicated - hopefully he's a better parent that she is.

38. It's just a drop in the bucket for her. That's how it goes in a divorce. Whoever has the most means, pays. He should go back to being a background dancer to pay off the balance of 40k. Judges come up with a amount that they think the petitioner could earn if they got a job actually earning something.

39. I don't see the big deal in this. K-Fed's lawyers get $120,000 from Britney because most of the work they've had to do have been caused by Britney's conduct. Everyone keeps going back to court to check in on Britney's actions, not K-Fed's, and that costs money.

42. For the record, "devil's advocate" (I hate that by the way) Trin, I don't agree with a man or a woman doing this or with any lawyer with any shred of self-respect charging $160K in fees on a case that is probably just getting rolling... What will the final tally be - $3-5 Million? Ridiculous.

43. They're both LOSERS. And, they're tied to the hip to each other for years to come, due to the kids they thoughtlessly had together (actually, it was slut-ney's idea; she decided she wanted kids at the same time she decided she wanted some KFC and cheetos).

They deserve each other, as they'll make the other one's life hell for decades to come. Serves them right...
