HITS’ Album Sales Chart Will Reflect Wal-Mart Sales of 700k+

There’s no denying reality.

Despite that other chart’s refusal to recognize the Eagles’ sales feat this week, HITS has decided that the band’s Long Road Out of Eden album should be #1 on our Top 50, easily outdistancing Britney Spears’ Jive/ZLG effort Blackout.

According to Wal-Mart, the band’s first all-new studio album since 1979’s The Long Run sold 707,253 copies exclusively at the retailer’s outlets nationwide.

Britney’s new album is one of six newcomers to the Top 10, with a total of 290k, good for #2.

64. To "GET REAL." Oh yes, all of us who think K-Fed is a big loser hate children. That's brilliant logic! K-Fed makes "significantly less money" than Brit? Ah, try he makes NO MONEY because he does not work at all. I would have more respect if he was actually got a job of any kind- even if was $8.00/hr. At least he would be working! And the kids will live in the life of luxury with him regardless of whether he gets a lawyer who bills $160K to date or not, because any judge is obviously going to force her to pay him significant child support. He will always get a large amount of child support - that is the bottom line. They will take the income of both parents, add it together, decide what amount would go towards the support of the children and then decide what each parents obligation would be. Even with a 50/50 split, there will be a higher support obligation on Britney's part. The disparity in percentages is most likely how the judge as decided what portion of Kevin's legal fees Britney is responsible for. Please try not to display your complete and utter lack of intelligence in the future - it's painful to witness.

California law states that either party has access to legal representation to preserve their rights, even if that means one person must pay for other's attorney.

71. He is not or should not be entitled to any lawyer fees after the divorce is final. He is also or should be responsible for any fees after he got what he wanted, primary custody. Any fees after that point should be on him not her. How can you say I got my divorce, and primary custody of our children, I am being paid a very generous ammount for child support and now I want you to keep paying for the lawyer I hired to continue to try to get more out of you.

Not a Britney fan here but come on! Like he doesn't get enough from the divorce settlement. I'd like to know how #12 and #13 came to the conclusion she's getting what she deserves?! She may have proposed marriage and he may have went along for the ride but at some point, he's got to stand up and take responsibility for his own life just like Britney has too at some point.
