Neverland in Foreclosure?

Rumors have been rampant for months that Michael Jackson's Neverland estate was about to be foreclosed upon, but now comes the first concrete evidence that Jacko's home is about to go back to the bank. Who's bad?

The Implode-O-meter has obtained the foreclosure and Notice of Default report for Santa Barbara County -- and Neverland is listed. According to that report, Jackson is, as of October 12, delinquent $23,212,963 on a $23,000,000 loan.

Notice of Defaults in the state of California typically go out when a homeowner misses their third payment. After another 30 days, the homeowner is issued a foreclosure notice. According to this document, it appears that the King of Pop is $212,963 delinquent on the loan's principal of $23 mil.

A rep for Jackson did not immediately return our call for comment.

96. All of you venomous, miserable, and demonic people need to get a life. Unlike the priest of the Catholic churches, if MJ was guilty of being a pederast, he would have been arrested a long time ago. The only act that MJ is guilty of is being too nice to kids. So much so, that a few money-thirsty parents were afforded the opportunity to gain wealth while destroying his reputation. If you evil-Sayers are ever lucky enough to gain money and fame, I should hope that you don’t make the same mistake. MJ was around hundreds of children, why is it that only a small fraction made bogus accusation? Think about it, if he was truly a pedophile why didn’t more children come forward. Perhaps, some children and families appreciated the time he spent with them. People, learn to think for yourself! Don’t’ just believe the media words to be written in stone. No wonder we are hated by the world, we adopt other people views as our own without ever thinking for ourselves.

98. #5 I don't think that he is broke, I think that the little monster does not want to pay his bills is all. He seems to think that he is so special that he is above the law and all rules.

Still no real word on his kids and what kind of misfits they will be when they are grown, if they survive that long. sigh.........

100. Jackson has not done anything with his career in years except little award shows, no hits in over 12 years he needs to accept that his career is over and the people cant stand him. Its been known on the news the record companys, and even quincy jones want nothing to do with him. His last to releases were both total bombs. Jackson keeps trying but will not accept he is over with...

105. These are the most entertaining comments I've read here in a long time! Some are really funny (#12) and some are very true and sad. I remember him in Jackson 5,too, and there was never a more talented kid. "Thriller" is still one of the great albums. So sad he got so weird, but you can blame is father for that. A real creep who terorrized his kids and they are all messed up, really. Michael is just the worst of the lot.
