No Charges, No Problems for Diddy in NY Brawl

Diddy The coast is clear for Diddy in New York -- he won't be charged by the Manhattan D.A. for allegedly brawling in a nightclub ... with his so-called friend.

In a statement to TMZ, Diddy's attorney Benjamin Brafman says: "I've been informed by the Manhattan District Attorney's office that after a thorough investigation, they have made a decision not to authorize any arrests in connection with the incident involving Mr. Combs and Steven Acevedo on October 13. I want to commend the D.A.'s office and the New York City Police Department for conducting a thorough and very fair investigation into this incident and not allowing this private disagreement between two acquaintances to turn into a criminal charge."

Last month, Acevedo claimed it was all a misunderstanding between friends. Bad boy for life.

I don't care if he doesn't get charged, if two people, such as he and his whatever, have an altercation and nobody presses charges, as with Rock and Lee, there are no charges to be brought, unless the police see it and they can charge for disturbing the peace. Otherwise, the case is a wash if the "victim" won't work with the prosecution. It happens to people who aren't famous as well.

Doesn't change the fact that Puffy, P-diddy, or whatever, is a tool.

13. Why is this guy always getting involved with the law? I've been around for a while and I never am accosted or questions by the police and I am as black as they come. I have a feeling that this guy is up to no good and deserves all the bad press and negative comments that are said about him. Can't hide the truth if you are a bad seed.
