Rebecca's Risky Business! Actress Popped for DUI

Rebecca De MornayTMZ has confirmed "Risky Business" star Rebecca De Mornay was arrested by Beverly Hills PD the night before Halloween.

Cops tell TMZ they pulled over the 48-year-old actress around 10:30 PM for an unknown traffic violation on Sunset Blvd. During the stop, cops say they "immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverages." They say De Mornay was asked to perform several field sobriety tests, which she failed.

Police say her blood alcohol level was .09. She was cited and released from the Beverly Hills police station just before 1:00 AM.

39. Just a couple of years ago .09 would have been under the legal limit. Paris barely blew the legal limit of .08. Really...having a couple of glasses of wine with dinner is enough to put you over the limit if you are small. That's why I limit myself to only one alcoholic beverage if I am driving.

40. In my state, Michigan, you must serve 8 hrs--no exception --in jail if you are caught drunk driving--so in Cali-catch and release--to be driving drunk again in a couple hours--at least in my state--you sober up.

44. I have the love and respect for Rebecca DeMorey. I was shocked when she was arrested for DUI. I still love her, despite what she had gone though. I sure hope she makes a comeback. She still has my support.
