TMZ cameras caught up with former Beatle Ringo Starr with wife Barbara Bach and Eagle Joe Walsh at II Sole on Sunday. Mega legends unite! Also out in L.A.: Ricky Bell and Johnny Gill from New Edition at Mr. Chow. It must have been blast from the past night in Hollywood! Look how great the old crooners are holding up!


From the sublime to the sub-human; Gummi Bear-san did an unnecessary shout-by on photogs, yelling, "Konichiwa!" as he drove around being, well, Gummi. LC from the "Hills" was seen leaving a club.

And in NYC, movie mogul Steven Spielberg posed with a fan. All this and more in today's Way-Back Machine edition of Star Catcher.

19. Sincere props to TMZ for being able recognize so many people that I would just walk by on the street without noticing. These guys are huge stars and I love alot of their music.

21. I have seen Joe Walsh in concert twice since July, once on his solo tour and recently as the Eagles at the Nokia Theatre. The man is talented, funny and sincere and is a great performer. His and Ringo's sobriety is a wonderful thing to see, and I know they have helped many people by telling their stories and writing songs from their hearts.

Can't wait for a new solo album from Joe, which he is thinking about according to a recent interview I heard last week.

For the person who won't shop at Walmart, my advice is to still buy the cd. I pre-ordered mine directly from the Eagles website at Eaglesband.com, for the exact same price as Walmart. That way you can have your cake and eat it too! It is well worth the purchase!
