The Curse of Tom Bergeron?

Is there a "Dancing With the Stars" curse? Tragedy seems to have befallen several cast members recently.

Just last week Marie Osmond infamously fainted during a live broadcast, and today word came that she sadly lost her father, George Osmond, patriarch of the singing Osmond clan. And Jane Seymour's mother passed away last month.

These unfortunate incidents are just a few of the woes faced by these women since joining the show, Jane also had to skip an episode due to food poisoning and very nearly lost her home in the Malibu fires last month.

Marie and Jane haven't been the only ones to endure The Curse: Sara Evans left the show during a painful divorce, Stacy Keibler suffered a seizure while promoting the show and -- worst of all -- the unfortunate bout of tanorexia suffered by "Dancing" staple Cheryl Burke.

Make it stop, Tom Bergeron!

87. Hey! This is not the dark ages. To say that maybe all of these bad things are happening because of Tom Bergeron's presence, is so ridiculous, I can't believe I read anythng like this. He is a talented, lovely, funny person. These bad things would happen whether Tom would be present or not, is just a ridiculous thought. Get smart, people!

89. TMZ jumped the shark along time ago...and just when you thought they couldn't sink to any lower lows..they just did by reporting the Osmond's loss this way. Sad all the way around. Prayers to Marie and her family. she's been through it this year!

90. If you call that dancing, which we don't, why pick on Tom Bergeron, he is the best thing to watch on that show. All those old gals should know they arn't so young anymore and things do happen, Come on get the show off the air and give Tom another show like Americans best vidos. What a guy and what a personallty.
