Brit Back in Court Over Drug Testing

We've learned that K-Fed is going back to court tomorrow, arguing that Brit is violating the Commissioner's drug testing order.

Sources say K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will go before L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon tomorrow morning, arguing that Britney has failed to respond in a timely manner when she is called for random drug testing. We're told Kaplan will ask to modify the existing custody order, giving Britney limited visitation rights.

We're told neither Britney nor K-Fed will be present. And, we're told, this could be a real dogfight.

62. You guys think Kevin has anything to do with this? Like he knows when Britney pees into a cup. Kaplan is the guy who is on top of everything, calling the shots. He's a damn sharp lawyer and even Britney's millions can't pay for lawyers to ever get her out of the messes she is in.

You can clean your system out (Look on the net!) but it takes a while. If she can't get to the tests within the 6 hour period then she should be back in court. She needs to learn that the world doesn't revolve around Britney!

How do you figure that Kevin will make money from this? The visitations may be scaled back for a week then reinstated because it is the only way to make Britney Bitch actually pay attention. But there is no money involved here.

Stop defending her and start realizing she is a mess and needs real help which no one seems to be able to provide her with.

64. This is really confusing, she was ordered to submit a sample within 6 hours of being called as I understand it. She was told that a missed appointment was a failed test.

The lab is responsible for informing the court of a missed/failed test. The court would be the one to call her for an explanation or to cut off her limited custody.

If she is deliberatly not showing up at the lab until 5 hours and 59 minutes after she is called she is still within the rules the judge set up.

A lab using Mass Spectrum Gas Chromotography Analysis can measure down to parts per BILLION in a urine sample, anyone who thinks they can hide from that level of testing is a fool.

I think she needs to spend some money on a more agressive lawyer, and some investigators to watch K-Fed. She might also look hard at the people around her because I smell a rat.

If Britney offered the deadbeat enough money, he would toss the boys to her and never want to see them again. That's what he's after. He wants her money. He knows he can't make a decent living because he's lazy, doesn't have any talent and is just a gold digging bum. K-Dud and Kaplan will lie and do and say anything to get at Britney's money. 74. Some of you people need to get a grip. The Britney lunatics who are screaming about Kevin not trying to take custody of his other children really do need a good punch in the forehead. Um, have we ever seen Shar Jackon falling down drunk with a X lollipop in her mouth flashing her diseased crotch to the world? Yeah, didn't think so. Any of you who say you wouldn't be doing everything K-Fed is if your children were in jeopardy and being driven around and spending the night with a drug addicted nutbox must be sorry excuses for parents.

The courts made these decisions. They have real info. TMZ gets little bits here and there, but the courts see the real case and you know what? The courts have declared her unfit. Think about that the next time you're ready to insult K-Fed. A court of law has said that your hero is a worse option for her own children than a man with no income and a dodgy rep. Yeah, she sounds like a real winner. If she's not going to clean herself up then she really should just end it and give those children a shot at a decent life. It's the least she could do.
