Nick Hogan Charged with Reckless Driving

Clearwater, Fla. Police have arrested Nick Hogan on charges of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. John has severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

33. It is about time that little Hogan is held responsible for his actions. He has taken away any bit of a normal life this young man may have had. I feel such sorrow for both familys, but little Hogan must be held accountable....expecially financially. I feel that the police department should be held accountable also. They are the ones that kept giving him warnings and not tickets. Little Hogan should have had his license taken away a long time ago.......Thats just my thought on the matter.

35.

I'm gonna sit and watch and see how this one turns out. This boy should have lost his license months ago.

Law enforcement that released him bears some responsibility here.......

SOMEBODY, whether it was the judge that let him get by on his previous tickets with a fine and no points on his record, SOMEBODY needs to share their part of the blame for allowing this kid to continue to drive like a nutjob.

That is what I want to know.

36. It is about time. He has had so many tickets for speeding and was recently at a raceway and it is reported that he wants to race cars. That is appalling, after almost killing someone and than he goes to a speedway and talks about wanting to be a race car driver. This generation of so-called star kids are just a group of spoiled idiots. He has no scruples and is a disgusting example of what too much money will do.

39. I hope justice will be served. He ought to fry (Hogan or whatever his name is Bolea) . . and be charged for attempted murder. I am sick and tired of the priviledged getting away with murder. The Hogan's are arrogant people who think they are untouchable.

41. Lets hope he cant buy his way out of this. Its time all celeb brats are held accountable for thier actions. Hulk you need to teach your boy some manners and some respect. Since you cant do that let the prison population teach him what that means.

44. I can't believe in their statement they take such a potshot at John! Yes, he wasn't wearing his seatbelt, but Nick was driving like a tool. That's disgusting. From previous actions, I don't see Nick as having ANY remorse at all. Send him away and maybe he'll learn that he's just a big rich nobody.

45. THIS IS A LITTLE BOY WITH A FAMOUS FATHER. THIS IS HULKS FAULT, ALL KIDS SHOULD HAVE A 4 CYLYNDER FOR THEIR FIRST 5 YEARS OF DRIVING. HULK YOU CAN'T BE FRIENDS WITH YOUR KIDS WHEN THEY NEED DIRECTION. WHEN SOMEONE IS KILLED OR BRAIN DAMAGED, YOU CAN'T TAKE THAT BACK, NOT EVEN WITH ALOT OF MONEY. CAN YOU SAY 'BACK TO WRESLING TO PAY ATTORNEYS???
