Clearwater, Fla. Police have arrested Nick Hogan on charges of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.
He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.
Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. John has severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

32. Unless they find out he was drinking, he won't spend more than 2 days in jail. It's a shame too, because he walks around like nothing happend. Arrogant sun' beach.

37. I hope justice will be served. He ought to fry (Hogan or whatever his name is Bolea) . . and be charged for attempted murder. I am sick and tired of the priviledged getting away with murder. The Hogan's are arrogant people who think they are untouchable.

39. These boys were old enough to know better, they were stopped previously for speeding. Nick Bollea is to blame for this accident and deserves all the punishment he gets. The Graziano family should file a malicious intent lawsuit, driving to endanger, etc.
Don't feel any sympathy for any of them. Drive with the big boys you deserve the consequences.

May this will remember Nick and all other drivers out there to drive carefully when their friends are in the car, they are important too, they are friends and you are responsible for your friends too. Bless his friend who got into such tragic accident and got hurt so bad, Pray for his friend and family, pray for Nicks family, I am sure they suffer just as much, they are good people.

43. His license needs to be revoked immediately ..... and for a l-o-n-g time ..... so he's not going to hurt someone else. This was not his first rodeo, and his punishment should be decided in a court of law. I say ban him from driving for 10 years, and let daddy get him a driver if he needs to go to the unemployment office!

45. The Hogan's are in denial. They think their kids are perfect and innocent. Like they are not drinking and having sex!! Nick had several chances and Terry and Linda continued to let him get away with speeding. His friend's life is Over. He will live a life worse than death being a vegetable. The Hogans have not come out with an apology or sorrow. They are trying to pay off the family instead. My God Dog the Bounty Hunter is more sorry for saying the N word than Nick is for paralyzing his best friend. Pay back is a bitch and they will pay in the end!!
