Nick Hogan Charged with Reckless Driving

Clearwater, Fla. Police have arrested Nick Hogan on charges of felony reckless driving involving serious bodily injury.

He turned himself in to Clearwater Police this morning and is currently being booked in to the Pinellas County Jail.

Hogan was involved in a one-car crash in August that severely injured his friend, John Graziano. John has severe brain injuries and will likely require specialized care for the rest of his life.

83. Tammy * You need to really think about what you posted. Nick is responsible, accident or not.

84. Tammy is nothing less than an icompetent fool. Probably one of those women that Nick brags about his cars attracting. And wishing that peoples' kids make lots of mistakes? I hope that you have the chance in life to find out what it is like to have a loved one become a "veggie" as you say.

One more thing...the law declares different ages as an "adult" or "age of consent" for different issues. But my question is, what makes Nick a child, and John a man? I mean, I'm not questioning it...Nick is definitely a child. While his friend who spent time defending our country is a man. But how does this play a part in choosing whether or not to wear a seat belt? It's ridiculous that people use this as an arguement for Nick's stupidity.

85. Hulk should have pulled his pants down and applied law and order to his seat of education.
