91. Bwaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaa - - - YEEEE HAAAA - - Hey Hogan - - How Ya Like Me Now?..... This will clear the way for jack ass Nick Hogan to spend some quality time in the slammer and the HOGAN clan to be sued for a hefty penny. Gotta love when you carry your irresponsible children through life and treat them like they are owed something. Well, here is your result... A jackass of a son with no moral fiber and a daughter of the exact same quality. These two kids are attention starved, attention whores and neither one has a inch of talent. Time to face the music for raising such morally deficient children... HOGAN... CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW..... BWAAAAAA HAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAA

93. "Tammy" is on the right track. John made a choice when he got ino the car with an immature driver that was under the influence of alcohol and John elected to NOT wear a seatbelt. John knew about Nick and his driving history. I agree that Nick is the one who was speeding and driving like an a__ and he should be held accountable for the accident. He did not plan to hurt anyone and will never forget this incident for the rest of his life. While money can help to buy your way out of trouble people need to take responsibility for their own actions. My sympathy to John's family and I pray for the best recovery possible.

94. I hope he is never allowed to drive again. That should be part of his punishment. The passenger he injured will never have his life back to what it was. I believe neither should Nick. Stripping him of his license for life would be an appropiate punishment and whatever else the judge has in store for him. Some people forget that having a license is a privilege. I hope his life as a race car driver is over. Find something else to do Nick you are way too dangerous behind the wheel.

99. hey Figure, yes it certainly does sound like they are placing the blame on the passenger. in every interview recently there is at least one mention of how the passenger would not be in his condition if "he had worn his seat belt like Nick did." it's very obvious what their angle is. the lawyers even brought it up in their press conference after Nick was booked. i guess they probably have to play that angle for defense because it might be their only defense. unfortunately Nick should have made sure his passenger was safe and it sounds like he was quite aware before the accident that the passenger was not wearing a seat belt, which makes him even more of an idiot for racing in the rain, drunk.

100. So if your friend jumped off a cliff you would do it too eh? Sounds like you are saying "Let kids be kids!" What you are failing to see here is a kid who openly admits he has gotten special treatment from law enforcement because of his celebrity status(His Dad). Not only on one account, but SEVERAL!!! What you said is irrelevant, Nick was the driver of the car and I am very sure no one forced his foot on the gas pedal. He was responsible for his passengers!!!! Nick has also busted for not wearing a seatbelt earlier in Aug. A seat belt would NOT have changed John's condition. This is not based on speculation, but based the entire investigation. Anyone who wants to shove some of the blame on John is ignorant. Thats ok with you though since he is the one fighting for his life! To think he actually put his life on the line for people like you. You honestly need a damn reality check and quit kissing the Hogan's a**!
Since when are your friends responsible for YOUR actions??? Sorry, but that crap
wouldn't hold up in court. I suggest you come up with something different, because the seatbelt excuse is getting pretty lame!

102. When you are behind the wheel with other living beings in that vehicle, you are AUTOMATICALLY responsible for them. Anyone and everyone who gets in my car does not last more than 5 seconds without their seatbelt on. Yeah, John was not smart not putting his seatbelt on with his speed-racer buddy, but it does NOT change the fact that his current condition is BECAUSE of Nick's lack of smarts and judgement, which he has proven over and over to have none of. So to everyone who is trying to shift the blame to John for his condition, how would you feel if you were John and his family right now?

It is about time that Nick was brought in on charges. Had it been me or any other Joe Schmoe on the street, we would have been booked as soon as we walked out of the hospital before the investigation even began!! He is darn lucky it was only a one-car accident... it could have been more than one car and more than one casualty... then he'd be facing MURDER charges. Like someone said before me on here, he made big boy decisions and now is time to face up with the big boy consequences.

My personal opinion? He needs to have his licence revoked FOR LIFE, since he has proven on numerous occasions he is a danger behind the wheel and that he is not going to obey traffic laws. And yes, add a little jail time in there so that he sees "damn! Daddy's fame & money won't buy my way out of everything!".

Just my two cents.

103. I read this article on another website. Check out Nick's attitude about his speeding.

Nick Hogan Interview in Rides Magazine August Issue: In my silver Viper, I was driving from Miami to Tampa. I got pulled over going 107 mph and the guy let me off. He's like, Hey, I who you are, just keep going, ya know. Dude, I got back on the road and two minutes later I get pulled over going 113 mph. Another highway patrol from the same county said, I just heard on the radio that my buddy pulled you over and let you go. I'ma let you go this time. It's your second warning. You get pulled over again, you're probably going to go to jail. Three minutes later, I was doing 123 mph in a 50 mph zone. The guy is like, Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.

104. The Hogans are just another family and kids will be kids if your are rich or not. It is not Nicks fault .The adult that was with him should have known better and told Nick not to do it .like adults should. And him not wearing A seat belt was not Nicks fault. How many people jump into A car and not put A seat belt on A lot. I'm glade Nick was ok as for the other guy I hope you will come out fine with the help of the LORD. I will be praying for you.
