Dog's N-Word Victim Bites Back with Lawsuit?

The woman whose relationship with Duane "Dog" Chapman's son Tucker pushed him to bark out his now-infamous N-word-laced rant against her is planning to growl back with a lawsuit of her own, according to the National Enquirer.

Monique Shinnery, against whom Dog used the racial epithet several times during his taped tirade, tells the tab that she's going to sue for slander. "I want justice," says Monique. "He has slandered me, stated that I have bad character and repeatedly lied about me on national television."

Chapman has said on his recent whimpering tour that he apologized to Shinnery, but her lawyer tells the Enquirer that Dog reached out through his lawyer, not personally.

92. just goes to show he did have a right to say it, the n-word original origin is spanish which was used way before slavery its just a reference to the color black as in negra, negro and negre thoughs who use as a self pity or someone owes me something are jackasses, blacks just ride it out and dumb as white people dont even have a clue, so nignorance comes in all shades of color, so if it offends so much it have a true interpertation to blacks or could be an easy way to keep slavery memories alive in the u.s.,,,,,,,,

94. maybe she has talked to Rita Cosby----this gal is nothing more than a blood sucker and wants fame----if she was any kind of person--she would not want this publicity no way no how--get a life honey. First place listen to the tapes and read----he did not call her a name----it was a general statement and between the lawyers and media spins---we now have another whirl wind going. LEts get over this politically correctiveness for once and for all-----I keep waiting for JEssie Jackson and good pure Al Sharpton to enter the picture----lol

96. Dog, get your son away from this money grabbing skank! I don't care if you have to kidnap him and lock him in the basement. Tucker is too hot for this.

99. Beauty is as beauty does, sweet is as sweet does..yeah, Monique will settle for an apology from the dog. I think not! or else the Engirer paid her enough to have a comfortable life style, but doubt that...trust me, that girl will sue!!

Dog, you groveled enough...because you can grovel from here to eternity and you just "aint' going to get forgiven." I always wonder why the Dogs of the World, the Nicks, the Gibsons, the Richards are really sorry or just sorry they got caught???

And Chris and Tucker are the dirt bags...you don't betray your father or mother no matter what. It's called THE LOVE OF GREED MORE THAN THE LOVE OF FAMILY..how sad.

100. What I want to know is who taped a private conversation between a father and his son and then sold this tape to the Enquire?? Probably someone who is yelling the loudest. Taping a private conversation is against the law in most states unless one has a warrant. Just ask Linda Trip, she spent some time in jail for the infamous conversation with Monica Lewinski. I'm not condoning his use of the 'N' word, but, she is just showing her true colors - greedy & money hungry.

101. I am so sick of hearing the phrase, 'THE N WORD'. who cares already. why are they so offended by it anyways? they use it with eachother all the time, but if any white person says it to them, it is bad? it is worse then the 'F WORD" nobody can sue over that one, that i know of. black people call white people way worse then that dreaded n word, and we cant sue, or get people kicked off the radio, or tv. just goes to show that whitee is the minority, we gave away too much, and gave in too much, now all other races have more rights, and privledges then we do, it really makes me mad that i have to keep typing the n work, as if i said the niagra that i want to, i couldnt post. it is a word. maybe i will sue them for calling me a ho. oh yeah, that is ok? whatever, rules, and laws should be the same for everyone.

102. Put HER in jail for trying, along with his loser son, to shake Dog down in the first place and for putting forth a frivolous lawsuit. Stupid, rotten b**ch. She wants "justice"? She doesn't have the slightest idea, or care, of how she has trivialized that concept. Grifter, huckster, wandering trash. Take your pick.

104. By sueing Dog she is just proving his original point.

Posted at 7:12PM on Nov 8th 2007 by jb

105. WTF...It was a private conversation with his son, in his own home, for goodness sake!!! He was betrayed by his own son, who profited from his betrayal of his father. He never intended to offend anyone. Anytime you watch a black comedian you will hear the "N" word over and over and its funny right??? But OMG let a "white" man speak this word and his whole livelyhood is at stake! Wake up people, this is our Freedom of speech, our right to privacy, And I fear that it is only just the beginning.
