Hallmark to Paris: It's Your Fault People Make Fun of You

Hallmark is responding to Paris Hilton's lawsuit, in which she claims they used her image to sell cards -- and their explanation to her could be an open greeting card to young Hollywood:

The company's motion to dismiss said, "Hilton has become a household name, based in large part on her efforts to draw attention to herself. Having done so, she has subjected herself to public scrutiny and the parodist's pen. The First Amendment does not allow her to respond by welcoming the fawning and flattering, but silencing the critical and comical."

Hallmark, when you care enough to send in the very best attorneys!

24. She has no problem showing her wares in a porn video and flashing the photogs but she's got a problem with a GREETING CARD??? Oh wait, the problem is she's NOT GETTING PAID! She should be drafted, for real. Put her ass at Paris Island, see if they can make a grown-up out of her. It is her parents fault though. When you grow up and you are told constantly, and really do think that you are a princess, you're in for a world of trouble. 27. Oh come on JB - #14. For the first time in possibly EVER, when it comes to defending the first amendment, they're right. Paris can't have it both ways. They are absolutely spot on. 28. Back when The simple life started I told a freind - either she is smart as hell or dumb as a box of rocks - he said smart - I said dumb as hell. Years of her stupid statements and actions have proven my point. Can she even go out in public anymore with out covering her face? You rarely see her anymore due to her making everyone hate her ass. First a porno tape, then jail, then this crap at the porno shop. She is wacked out much more than Brit and more than her old freind the toothpick with a belly. She cant even get a guy anymore with that tainted body. Good job PARIS, your a class act - for a guy like solamon lol - hell he wouldnt even do you anymore.
