67. #63 – As executor of my mother’s estate, after the estate was opened and as the bills came in to me (doctor, hospital, nursing home, etc.), I PAID them out of her resources as her personal representative. Then I presented the bills and additional income from the time of death to the court in the first accounting.

This bill’s 8 months old. Knowing his track record, they probably want to make sure they get their money.

74. What is the matter with all you people, that bill was from when Anna was alive of course the estate has to pay for it just like when anyone dies and has bills the estate has to pay. Where is your common sense why would a huge law firm risk it all by giving Howard a cut, some people just won't use common sense how dumb do you think these lawyers are, it's a bill that has to be paid and to say that Howard has something to do with this is just plain stupid.
