Hogan Pal Graziano

Moved to Vets Hospital

11/9/2007 2:02 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

John Graziano, the former Marine who has been in a coma since being critically injured in the Aug. 26 crash of Nick Hogan's Supra, is being moved from his current hospital -- and his lawyer says his condition is improving.

The St. Petersburg Times reports that Graziano has been moved to the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, after spending more than two months at Bayfront Medical Center. George Tragos, John's mother's lawyer, tells the Times that he was moved "at the request" of the Veterans Administration for cost reasons. Tragos also adds that Graziano is "improving or else they wouldn't have moved him."

Two days ago, his pal Nick got arrested and charged with felony reckless driving and underage drinking -- and suggested in a statement that John should've been wearing a seatbelt.

My mouth is still hanging open that Nick Hogan would even suggest that John Graziano should have had his seat belt on..I guess John wasn't aware of Nick's speeding and his cozyness with the police dept. in Florida..How they permitted this maniac to use their streets as a race track because of who he belongs to...sad, sad, sad..

Yes, the old Hulk and the Mrs. Hulk should be paying for this young man having first class care..We never really get an accurate report of how John is doing..Could it be that the Hogan's clout has some control over the publicity and want to let their lead footed son have his day in court first..afraid that up front and honest about John might prejudice the judicial system...and the kid will find his butt in prison/which is where he belongs..off the streets for a long time!!

Monique is sueing the Dog which is ridiculous..But it would be appropriate for John's family to sue the hell out of the Hogan's as well as Nick..

John is 22, Nick is 17 - who do you think bought the booze? John knew Nick was drinking, got in the car with him, and chose not to wear his seatbelt. It's all about choice here - Nick made wrong choices, but so did John - he is no angel.

I agree with almost all your comments and yes, the family of that little BITCH Nick Hogan, should be paying all medical expenses in a Rehabilitation Facility to ensure DECENT MEDICAL CARE and NOT HAVE THE U.S. TAXPAYERS foot the bill. I hope Mrs. Graziano sues THE BALLS OF THE HOGAN FAMILY AND I HOPE NICK HOGAN IS INCARCERATED FOR A LONG, LONG TIME.....

You are totally correct Bobby. And the VA will probably kill him with their incompetence. Good thing they weren't at an intersection when teh accident happened, good ol' Spears woulda be coming the other way and caused a collision

The cause of the accident was not due to John not wearing his seatbelt, it was due to Nick speeding on a wet road and losing control of his car. By blaming John for not wearing his seatbelt is like saying if someone throws gas on a house and lites it into a ball of flames and it kills everyone inside, we should blame the people inside for not having functioning smoke detectors.

at every point along the paths of these trashy idiots lives that requires a decision to be made, EVERY SINGLE TIME they choose to do and say and act (or not) in a manner that makes them look that much worse than the moment before. and all well knowing they are under the publics scrutiny. imagine how utterly selfish & manipulative this clan is in more discreet situations. it is becoming quite clear being anywhere in the vicinity of what the public refers to as a "celebrity" is an increasingly hazardous situation.

Puh-lease

I don't want my tax dollars paying for this guy's care, when the Hogans and their insurance (assuming they have any) are very clearly responsible.

This really pisses me off.

I agree with BobbyWilliam, first response posted on this article. The Bollea family should be paying 100% of the medical and hospital expenses for this young man, John Graziano. The taxpayers should not be paying one thin dime, because the accident was due to an intoxicated, 17-year-old male driving a high-performance sports car at excessive high speeds on a slick, rain-soaked street. The driver must also be held accountable for allowing his passenger to travel without the use of seatbelt restraints.

If the Bolleas have one iota of genuine sadness and concern for John Graziano, they should offer to pay every cent of John's medical, living and rehabilitative costs without question. It's called "R-E-S-P-O-N-S-I-B-I-L-I-T-Y".

I watched the ABC interview with the Bollea family, including Nick's response. If he were a man, he'd have admitted to the speeding and "showing off" which we all know he was doing, and take his due punishment. But, he's still obeying his pandering parents (who are trying to save their wide butts financially) and continuing through life as a wooden-headed marionette puppet. He's tied up in Terry Bollea's puppet strings and Mama Linda's apron strings. In that respect, I feel sorry for the poor kid. He may never be his own man, even after his folks are six feet under.

Go with the Flow!

There should not be any worries about the cost of the hospital, he should get the best care at the expense of the dumb Nick and his dumber parents. Glad that John's condition is improving though. We will keep praying for him and also keep praying that
Nick gets what he deserves. He should not be allowed to drive for a long time after he
serves the time.

Agree with #1 and #96 completely. Though considering Mr. Graziano's condition I question if ANY medical facility can help him improve enough to even have a tiny fraction of his life back.
