249. It might come down to them not being consistent with their explanations of the testing. In other words, when something leaked out that some drug showed up on her test, it could have been any prescription test. However, that test doesn't unnecessarily show that it's Provigil specifically. It just shows something in that class of drugs. Also if there was a leak that it was some illegal substance, why would only 1/2 the information leak out? That doesn't make sense. Then by negative test for this week they usually mean they are not counting the provigil. In other words, the provigil shows up, but they usually say nothing. So now when someone said something about it being there, it gets misinterpreted as being illegal. So, while it could be illegal, I also think it's quite possible that people are reading too much into this. As they say, when you look to hard for something, you usually find something that looks like what you are looking for.

Remember that many of these articles want people to believe bad things, so they twist words and are very tricky. Gossip blogs always have to be watched carefully. When they say "there is not a special screening for Provigil", that may be true. However, it doesn't mean that the test couldn't show that there is a drug without showing which drug it is specifically. If TMZ is playing with those words, they could be fooling us all. TMZ habitually writes about 4 false articles per week about Britney. And there are facts to back this up. On the other hand, not to appear delusional, this could mean that they really did find another drug that was illegal. So it could be true. The problem with TMZ, is they have been so tricky with words and dishonest in the past, I can't tell if they are trying to trick us again.
