Brandy's Sound System Crashes

Was pop singer Brandy doing her best Ashlee Simpson on Sunday, or did someone just forget to pay the electric bill?!

Either way, her performance at the annual Sensationnel Hair Idol competition (we're not kidding!) in Washington D.C. quickly turned chaotic, when both music and lyrics abruptly cut off midway through a performance of "Who Is He to You."

"Brandy absolutely wasn't lip-syncing," her rep tells TMZ. "She was singing live." After briefly being joined on stage by 5 year-old daughter Sy'rai (who she almost forgot on stage-- paging Britney!) and lil' bro Ray J, Brandy sang an a cappella version of "Almost Doesn't Count" and then wrapped up her set by performing "Full Moon."

16. Why should Brandy be in jail? She had what you would call an ACCIDENT. She wasn't drunk, on drugs, nor on the cell phone. I know the cops won't let it die because they're trying to find something to charge her with.

18. Yeap Brandy did kill someone while she was on the phone driving her car. And she took off, it's called hit & run. It wasn't the first time either. They suspended her license. And yes she was not singing live in the video.

Are you that pissed that Brandy has lost many fans and that you are the only one here that is one! By the way I would like to see Hollywood Blvd, (I'm in Chicago) and have a full time job anyway. 25. Brandy is washed up. Which is more than I can say for her wig. It looks tired and stale. It wasn't even moving when I watched the video. She is lip syncing and only a fool like JCC925 would think otherwise.
Put the crack pipe down JCC925 it's affecting your mind what little you have left. And get a real J-O-B spamming on TMZ doesn't pay the bills.

Brandy is now doing shows at a weave festival? How low can you go. 28. I used put up with Brady. Thank God, I don't have to do it any longer. On Moesha, she was a royal bitch. I could not stand her. But, I am sorry that she killed an innocent woman who deserve to at least make it to sixty even though that's still short of the 78 years life expectancy. I wonder, when she go to jail, will she feel any remorse for her crime?

Her brother Ray j is nothing but a big d**k pimp. He took a good girl like Kim K and made her into a no good worst than the ho she was in the first place. She can never make a good wife to any man or woman.
