40. Does anyone not realize that it was an ACCIDENT? She wasn't drinking!! People have accidents every single day that result in someone dying. SHOULD THEY ALL GO TO JAIL? Do you think that she doesn't regret what happened? Just because she's moved on with her life and doesn't sit racked with guilt every waking moment does not mean that she's cold or heartless. I hope none of you ever have to experience something like that, but if you do, I especially hope you don't have jerks standing back judging you over an ACCIDENT like she does.

42. It appears that this site is full of perfect angels or with individuals who have nothing to do. Brandy has a singing voice, and her skills has landed millions placed into her bank account. However, the invitation to sing at the hair show has zero to do with the accident. Sooooo for the simple minded individuals in here --- If your child fell off his or her bike and broke an arm --- do you blame the bike or cough it up as an accident? It's always unfortunate when someone dies in freak accidents, but some of the comments in here tagging Brandy as a murderer is crazy.

45. Who cares if she was lip-syncing... The girl was able to sing once upon a time. If her voice was strained that one night again who cares. She proved herself to be a TRUE singer unlike Ashlee yuck face years ago...
