Francis to Prosecutor: "No, YOU'RE the Pornographer"

"Girls Gone Wild" boss Joe Francis says Florida's top prosecutor is a distributor of smut. Hello, pot!

Francis, who is chillin' in the pokey without bail, now wants the state's attorney general to act on his claim that prosecutor Steve Meadows knowingly exhibited "child pornography" to ABC News reporter Martin Bashir during a segment of "Nightline" that aired last week.

Oh yeah -- the images in question are the very ones for which he's prosecuting Francis.

"One would presume that (Meadows), better than anyone else, would know that the presentation or exhibition of child pornography is a crime," Francis' lawyers maintain in a motion that also requests their client be freed.

36. to criddler absolutely girls like to act like whores and then pretend that they were victims. I'm not saying that's always how it's done but those girls enjoyed themselves. They think they're empowered. Joe made a lot of money and I still think he's a douche but those girls for the most part knew what they were doing. anyways I hope he stays in jail and maybe we can teach our little girles that being a stupid whore is not ok

38. Love him or hate him is clearly not the issue. Why is it okay for him to be in jail without bail? He's not a shoe bomber nor does he fall under any other portion of the Patriot Act. People are screaming all the time about accused terrorists being locked up without due process and it sad that those same human rights people ignore Joe Francis' case. Regardless of how he made money, people should seriously look at this case and understand that it can happen to anybody. Abuse of power in this manner should not be tolerated.

As a Floridian, I wish they would quit spending my tax dollars on this issue. I do not think Joe did anything wrong nor do I care. Plus there are plenty of things for Florida to waste tax dollars on for example we have a 08 election coming up. How about another recount? It is just a thought.

Let Joe Go!

41. For someone who got his millions out of taking advantage of drunk and drugged women, could not stand being the underdog. Now, how does it feel to be the "underdog". I've waited so long for this day to come, and you wouldn't believe how happy I am that his in jail. I bet those guards who has daughters are extremely happy Joe is now their boy toy.

42. I don't like him and would like to say it looks good on him, but we should all be concerned about what is happening to him, because it could happen to any of us. I can't believe why more people arn't outraged about this. The guy is a creep, yes, but what the police are doing in Florida is terrible.
