BSC would not confirm that Donda West had her surgery there, however, TMZ spoke with an employee who told us that Dr. Adams was not in today (surprise) and she didn't know when he'd be back. Wait -- there's something wrong with the neon sign!
Dr. Jan Adams told TMZ Monday night he had done nothing wrong and that Kanye West's mother likely succumbed to a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or from massive vomiting after returning home from surgery.

36. ...Wicked #1....the autopsy report did not say.." so far has not shown anything out of the ordinary".....I don't have the quote in front of me but I know it didn't say that...they r awaiting toxicology reports that will conclude why she went into respiratory failure and her heart stopping...I heard on Larry King tonite , a reporter quoting that doctor who refused to treat her unless she saw an internist for a THYROID problem....that explains much more, IF that is the case she NEVER should have had this procedure until that condition was assessed and managed, just speculation though.
37. Dr. Adams Uncle was on Larry King tonight saying that any patient over 45 yrs old needs to get pre-screened to continue with a procedure! And the other doctors mentioned after any 8 hour surgery the patient should remain for at least 24 hours for observation incase of complications!
I think Dr. Adams just performed his last surgery in the US!

38. Nothng out of the ordinary? Huh? Most people don't die while undergoing cosmetic surgery. This guy will do anything to protect his reputation and practice. I would never let him perform surgery on me. Maybe some celebs will think twice before resorting to surgery to gain perfection. Is it truly worth the risk? Let's put these cosmetic surgery doc's out of business. It just proves they don't know what they are doing. They only want money.
39. I think Quiznos and Kinkos would have sent up the first red flag for me to go elsewhere. There's a reason a guy like this would operate above a sub shop. You get what you pay for.
Either she was trying to cut corners (no pun intended); or she went to someone who didn't care she had other medical issues, and for this she paid the ultimate price.
I agree with some of the others. Bring it on. It sounds like this man has had too many mistakes shoved under the carpet. The AMA is just as unethical covering for their own. What do you have to do to lose your license??

45. The AMA is a hoax. My family had a bad experience with a doctor in Ohio. We complained to the AMA. We received a response "we have found no wrong doing". Believe me there will be loads of people backing up this doctor. Patients unfortunately have little rights.... Doctors have loads of money and powerful attorneys backing them up. They take an oath to do no wrong, but often they do wrong. Doctors have too many rights and too much power over the general public.
