Patient to Dr. Adams -- You Botched My Boobs!

TMZ has obtained yet another malpractice lawsuit against Dr. Jan Adams, in which a patient claims she was deceived by Dr. Adams and Euclid Outpatient Surgery Center, because no one told her about all the malpractice claims against the doctor.

In a suit filed in Orange County Superior Court, Jana Beighle claims she went in for "a left breast capsulectomy." She says Adams was her doctor, and she was never told he "had an undisclosed history of medical malpractice claims and judgments."

The suit claims after the surgery in August, 2005, Beighle suffered from fluid collection and had to have her implants removed.

16. It's sad, but when you try to change what God gave you then you take that risk. I went to high school with a girl who was actually a subject on the "E" channel about surgeries gone wrong. She was beautiful to begin with but started having surgeries..The THIRD breast increase killed her. Yes, the doctor was at fault, but she was trying to get her 3rd surgery for the best price. Bottom line, in my opinion, vanity kills these people.

20. This is the doctor from "Plastic Surgery: Before and After" on the Discovery Health Channel. Geez, you'd think that a doctor on a successful TV show would be a success himself. I've had a number of procedures done myself, one including surgery to remove a lump from my breast. The dr. did a lousy job, leaving most of the lump, to later grow to about the size of a peach pit, and incredibly!!!! painful. I had to pay for the second surgery out of pocket because I couldn't wait the 6+months for my HMO to pay for another surgery. I then consulted an attorney, but, of course I had signed the pre-op sheet agreeing not to sue in the event blah, blah. So, I didn't go through with it. I wonder how MANY people do the same thing. Even if one checked a dr's references, something like my situation would never be found.

21. I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for over a year now. He did my breast augmentation and I am extremely pleased with them, Dr. Adams, his staff.

There is always a danger when having surgery, any surgery. And each patient is warned of possible complications. I think that we need to hear both sides of the story and wait til the autospy report is released.

Remember, there are 3 sides to every story: yours, mine and the truth.

23. This is exactly what stupid bitches like this deserve when their vanity gets the better of them. People like this woman need to find a little bit of self esteem and learn to be happy with who and what they are and not be willing to pay someone to make them "better". Sorry about your bad luck, but it's your own selfish fault and you have no one to blame but yourself.

So many horrible people alive, and this wonderful woman is dead because they sent her home instead of to recovery.

Who the hell goes home alone after two surgeries?!?!
