63. ALL PEOPLE WHO GET PLASTIC SURGERY ARE INFORMED OF THE RISKS. All of these new claims are bogus and these people are just after a law suit.

People who gets plastic surgery look like freaks anyway. So, this person was soooo unhappy with the way she looked before. How much improvement could one person make. She thought that she would finally be happy with her appearance once she had surgery but instead she feels the same way as before she had the surgery.

Seriously, sweeheart, you need mental help. I mean that in both helpful and insulting way.

69. Why in the world should we be upset as adults when Maryland schools trumpts parents rights to decide on health care for their child. A parent can have some vital information concerning a child's health that the schools are not aware of and oops, those birth control pills should not have been mixed with that other medicine. I am so sorry for your lost will be the next words out of there mouth. In the case of Ms. West, she possibly got a second not so good opinion or went to some one who would give her what she wanted. No better or worst than illegal abortions. Also, Kanye will probably fight for legislation along with others so this will not happen again, this is only the time the wheels of justice wake up. Remember those kids before its too late.

70. 1. I feel saddness for the West family and their loss. BUT, West choose to have surgery and their are risks that do involve death. I'm sure she must have known that especially if she had a pre-exisiting medical condition. I'm sure it was explained to her many times by each doctor she consulted with.

2. I personally feel most sorry for Dr. Adams. The media, especially TMZ have destroyed this man and there still isn't any evidence that he did anything wrong. What happens if they find that her death was not caused by anything that Dr. Adams did? Who is going to give this man his reputation back? Every patient who ever had any problem after surgery with him will be coming out of the woodwork to sue him. Kick him while he's down. Just because he's been sued doesn't mean he did something wrong. We live in a sue happy society. People can allege anything. Anything to get free money out of "rich" doctors. PLEASE! This man has past DUI's. Now everyone is alleging he was drunk while operating or use that to paint this doctor as a bad doctor. Many doctors drink. Nobody has a perfect past. People expect doctors to be perfect and have a perfect personal life. Doctors are not perfect. Remember, there is RISK with any surgery. Why all of this poor Kanye's Mom, when she is the one who chose to have surgery knowing there is the risk of dieing. There will always be a patient(s) who are not satisfied, but I'm sure there are alot more that are satisfied. How many surgeries has Dr. Adams done in his career? Just because someone settles a lawsuit does NOT mean the doctor is guilty. Anyone who knows anything about lawsuits or have experienced them, knows they are overwhelmingly stressful. Settlement does not mean guilty. It can also mean- Here's some money and Go away! Dr. Robert Rey- Mr. 90210- isn't board certified. He's a good doctor. Dr. Rey has had patients who didn't have perfect or good results. Dr. Rey has had patients that were not satisfied with the results of surgery with him. Dr. Rey has had malpractice lawsuits filed against him- not sure what the outcome was, but he's had them. If anyone out there can find a doctor without any lawsuits filed against them, I'd be really surprised. If there are some out there it's because they just got out of training and haven't expereinced any sue happy people YET or they aren't very busy doctors.
3. Dr. Adams, keep your head up high. Be prepared for rough times. There are people who know you are a good man and are a talented Surgeon. I've heard good things about him and that he does excellent work.
4. What happend to innocent until proven guilty?
5. Stop the revenge. Stop the finger pointing.
6. I feel sorry for all doctors out there and anyone considering going into medicine should consider a different career with less personal risk.

75. There is a doctor here in Greenville, Texas, that did worse than this Doctor did & he is still on the hospital staff & still in medical practice at his office. Some States care I guess but for sure Texas does not. This is so sad, but sure seems they do not care. The doctor here is Greenville, Texas was writing his own RX's and a lot more I could add to this.
