Subject of Dog's Tirade Allegedly Gave Alcohol to Minors

Dog Chapman, Monique ShinneryTucker Chapman's girlfriend, Monique Shinnery, was thrown out of a Honolulu club last month for allegedly purchasing drinks for underage patrons.

Shinnery -- who was the subject of a racist tirade by Duane "Dog" Chapman that was secretly recorded by Tucker -- was at the 21-and-over club Lulu's in Honolulu on the night of October 13.

According to Honolulu P.D. Detective Eli Walters, who was off duty and working security that night, Shinnery was asked to leave the club after it was learned she was giving drinks to people under the age of 21.

When Walters came over to help remove Shinnery and Chapman from the club, he tells TMZ that Shinnery immediately began playing the race card -- saying the only reason they were being kicked out was that they were an interracial couple.

Walters tells TMZ that the only reason he ever knew who they were was because Tucker came back later that night to get the full rundown on why they were tossed. In fact, Walters tells us that he gave Tucker his contact info so he could get a book signed by the Dog! He never heard back.

As for Monique, TMZ has learned she is a teacher in a public school. Some character.

286. #281Octavia,

If you "lived and partied in Hawaii" then you would know that most of the clubs here DO NOT arrest those who purchase alcohol to minors. Clubs here are notorious for that. Most clubs simply kick you out and banish you from their club.

I live here on Oahu so I do know what goes on around here. The islands are small everyone knows everyone; a two degree seperation.

287. Cherokee Your Great- Grandmother, sounds wonderful.... endowed with humanity, strong character & wisdom..........faced with adversity, she did not flounder, she grew, despite man's inhumanity to man. How old was she ....what is her history.. Your words about her struck me...but did not surprise me, considering the strength & spirituality of your ancestors.the great respect that they have for life.........at any level. We have too much of everything today...... Your great grandmother, the little children working the coalmines in the industrial revoluton. the Jewish people enslaved in the camps during the holocaust.at famousAuschwitz for example, people surviving the atrocity of war............. know true suffering ,,,,,,,,no0one in present time does.....but yet they gripe... They do not know the meaning of victimization... Veteransday has just passed...........Brave men & women died for the freedom of people world wide.including these little maggots that whine, & present themselves as victimized, hard done by African Americans. They would probably wet their drawers , confronted with real adversity. Shinnery is oneof them. Warm wishes..Syd

289. Syd, My GreatGrandmother's people were from Northern Ga. She died at the ripe old age of 103 and swore it was the mash and cigars my GreatGrandfather made for her. As kids we used to joke with her regarding the contents of those cigars. The land was such a great concern of hers, the abuse we put it through to her was heartwrenching, I am glad in a way she isn't around to see it anymore. She was taught that if you take care of the land it will take care of you. Obviously we haven't been doing such a great job. Leave it to the people who stole the land to screw it up so horribly. Sorry people way off topic. I just wish we would adhere to some of my Cherokee beliefs and have respect for our lands and it's inhabitants before it's to late. I totally agree with you re the winers, we have raised a bunch of "poor me's" who don't have a clue. Thanks

290. I respect your heritage Cherokee and your attitude.

We shared this land and made peace in the process, now we have 2 other nationalities trying to incorporate themselves in a time that is already written in OUR history books.

Shame that we have ALLOWED this to happen in our great country, all because we shared with others too. I hope we have made you proud in the least that we are still trying to civilize the others but I think our giving, giving, giving is tapped out. It didn't really help much, it only spoiled.

291. Yes it does make her less credible, because she sits there all "HIGH and MIGHTY" and says she thinks that dog is racist because he made a mistake in saying that so called"bad" word.Especially when he said it in a private conversation with his son(some son) who was probably trying to piss dog off to say that so he could get a measly few bucks.Nice kid ,NOT! So who is she to talk about Dog when she is out there giving booze to minors. At least Dog owns upto his mistakes and apologizes for them, can she say the same? I doubt it.Yes that does make her a bad person. And Dog is no more a bigot then every other person in this country who has said that word, it's only a word .GET OVER IT PEOPLE.Geez, talk about ridiculous.

292. To those who are black and saying they don't use the N word nor approve of anyone else using it no matter what their color I think the problem here is the double standard. The Black Civil Rights leaders are not holding those in the black community to the same standards of accountability. They are only targeting those who are white. If they were to go after those in the black community that are public figures using this word and demanding that they lose their jobs, to receive no mercy or forgiveness, etc. they would have more respect and support otherwise it makes them look like racists as well.

293.

It all boils down to Dog is a lowlife racist pig.
He won't be missed.

294. Thank you Peace. Hopefully we will leave a better world for future generations instead of being known as the ones that tried to destroy it. It's not too late though. What this world has become is surely not what our forefathers and our warriors and our soldiers had and still fight to protect. The way that we as humans treat one another is disgusting. We are the greatest power in the world, we have the most freedom, advanced technology but, we still can't figure out the simple task of treating eachother with kindness and respect. My fears are that In the end we will destroy eachother and the world we live in. Peace everybody.

295. Does anyone remember that the reason Dog was so upset with Tucker is because he is still on probation? And he has to be careful of what he does and who he hangs around with are its back to prison for Tucker.
The reason the National Enquirer is trying to destroy Dog Chapman is because Dog would not allow them to publish pictures of his daughter, Barbara Katie in her coffin when she was killed the day before his wedding to Beth. They have paid every low life in his past to "say" things about him. He has admitted all these things in his book. The Enquirer has come along and paid people and now it looks like most of this stuff is brand new.
He has said most of this stuff and asked forgiveness. God has forgiven him. Man is the one who won't forgive.
Tucker and his girlfriend set Dog up with the help of the National Enquirer. Dog has asked forgiveness. I read in a very Good Book. whhere it says He who is without sin cast the first stone.

296. FOR ALL THOSE PEOPLE THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND--THE CLUB HAS AN UNDERAGE NIGHT. THE PEOPLE THAT ARE 18-20 HAVE TO WEAR A COLORED WRISTBAND AND THIS SHOWS THAT THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BUY ALCOHOL.THE 21& OVER CROWD GET A DIFFERENT COLORED WRISTBAND.THESE TYPE OF CLUBS ARE NOT UNUSUAL.I LIVE IN OHIO AND HAVE BEEN TO QUITE A FEW OF THEM. SO THAT SHOULD CLEAR UP ANY MISCONCEPTIONS AS TO WHY THERE WAS UNDERAGE PEOPLE THERE TO BEGIN WITH.---AND YES, I BELIEVE THAT MONIQUE& TUCKER DID BUY FOR SOME OF THEIR UNDERAGE FRIENDS.IF YOU CAN SELL YOUR OWN FATHER OUT YOU ARE CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING!!!

Posted at 9:22PM on Nov 16th 2007 by JAN

297. To Dog Poo, the article says the club was for 21 and OVER. Not, 21 and UNDER. That's why the place was serving alcohol. They weren't set up for minors.

298. VICTORIA #296, the night Tucker and Monique went to Lulu's the club was 18 and over. That is a FACT.

Sat., October 13, 2007 Lulu's changes the name to FIRE and those who are 18 and over are allowed in.

Everyone knows this.

Do your own research instead of relying on TMZ and the National Enquirer for the scoop. They are too lazy to get their facts straight. They will only publish the outlandish stuff,

Get your facts straight before posting, Victoria.

299. i cannot believe his own sin sold the tape to a magazine for money!! man, is the son on drugs or what? i dont think it warrants for the show to be cancelled at all !!! african americans are always looking for any given reason to call out the race card, yet they do more harm to themselves and to their own than anyone else on this planet!!! get a grip on yurseld mizz shinnery, like your own family hasnt called you a n---- before??!!! then you better sue them too and all the rappers in america and elsewhere!!! think before you act and she should be thrown into jail for not informing mr. chapman that he was being recorded , it is against the law to record anyone on their private phone with out notifying them first !!! mizz luv
