Lohan Visits Old Chomping Grounds

Since her return from rehab, Lindsay Lohan's been avoiding many of her old haunts, and for good reason, but LiLo just couldn't keep away from the Ivy any longer.


Cameras caught the onetime Robertson Blvd. regular leaving the paparazzi hangout yesterday afternoon, bringing her infamous photog-filled exits back to the posh cafe. Sorry, Utah.

Fight it Lindsay, I know the attention thing is in your blood. It's only a short trip back and getting out of that lifestyle was hell. Think about it, is it worth it? Next will be the clubs and then the old friends and then right back where you started!!1
