Since her return from rehab, Lindsay Lohan's been avoiding many of her old haunts, and for good reason, but LiLo just couldn't keep away from the Ivy any longer.
Cameras caught the onetime Robertson Blvd. regular leaving the paparazzi hangout yesterday afternoon, bringing her infamous photog-filled exits back to the posh cafe. Sorry, Utah.
