76. Ok, this OPRAH bashing needs to stop. For heaven's sake, she had him on her show WAY BACK IN FREAKIN' 2003 and has not been in contact with him since!!!!! Why bring her name into this over 4 years laters???!!! I mean seriously....STOP WITH THE FOOLISHNESS!

And another thing, Oprah is cricitized for not doing much for black people (Even though she had homes built for Hurricane Katrina victims), now she's being criticicizing for only doing things for black people. No matter how much good she does, or what she does, people will always find a way to criticize her.

79. It's just amazing out of all the TV program he's appeared on, somehow Oprah's name is being thrown around the most...and she hasn't even spoken to the guy since she had him on her show in 2003. Here is the list:

81. Perhaps Oprah should look into hiring TMZ research investigators or ANY competent licensed investigator. As a private investigator myself, I am astonished at the lack of responsibility in bringing a so-called expert into the homes of millions without doing the simple credential checking, and gee, maybe check court records? We, as investigators, do this all of the time in even minor court matters. Makes me wonder if any interviews, investigation were done before hiring the school marm. In my experience, people who behave and allegedly commit offenses that she is charged with don't hatch overnight. Perhaps Oprah needs to slow down the MEGA OPRAH MACHINE and take a hard look at her system before other lives are tragically affected.

83. REALIST- you are dead on. But don't waste your time trying to reason with these racist fools on this blog. They won't have a response to questions such as "why not get outraged about Dr. Jan also being on CNN, ET, Discovery?" Every time someone black is on here the comments automatically turn to racial slurs. Most of the stories on her are about white celebs but I don't see any racial slurs applied to them in the comments. It must really kill these racists to see a black woman having so much success in this world.

I love how they say any black person who does something for other blacks (even if they do just as much for whites) is racist but then they get on here and spew the N word towards blacks. Give me a break. But it's easy to be a bold racist when you are sitting at your computer. If you guys really hate blacks so much- confront a few and let them know just how you feel- and let me know how it turns out.

Oh and sailorgirl, I know what the topic is, but EVERY NETWORK AND SHOW had people on with a shady past. Maybe Oprah's people did not do enough research but that was way back in 2003 and to bring her up now is ridiculous. To single out Oprah in all of this is UNFAIR. This is ANOTHER ISSUE that needs to be raised and I'm raising it whether you like it or not. It's completely unfair to Oprah and I'm not afraid to voice it. SO DEAL WITH THAT.
