12. Paula there isn't anything shameful about having "a little work done" (or even a lot!). The fact that you continually deny having any plastic surgery is insulting. Why? Because by lying to us you're insinuating that we're too stupid to know any better. Clear your concience and come clean. God doesn't like liars remember?
