One of our TMZ cameramen ticked off "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul by suggesting she would know about plastic surgery from her own experience. She was clearly miffed. 
Do you think Paula has had a little work done, or is our cameraman just "a little pitchy?"

72. I would say definitely work done on the nose but some of the other changes can be explained by the difference in age and expression. The wider smile could explin the changes in chin and cheeks as well as the loss of some puppy fat under the chin. The mole is still there, it's just covered up by make-up. I'm not even sure that it's smaller but does dermabrasion count as surgery?
