One of our TMZ cameramen ticked off "American Idol" judge Paula Abdul by suggesting she would know about plastic surgery from her own experience. She was clearly miffed.

77. She's part middle-eastern of some sort and you can totally see it in the "before" pic. She's totally had her nose and eyes done. No one's eyelids are droopier in highschool than in their 40's, duh.
