As if court cases, failed drug tests and driving mishaps weren't bad enough, now it seems that Britney has to contend with what looks like a botched lip job! Toxic!

The popwreck was snapped driving -- while texting! -- in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, sporting red, inflamed and infected-looking lips. Did Dr. Jan Adams work on her too?!

While Restylane injections gone wrong may be the culprit -- what's her excuse for the bad skin and jank nails?!

452. It looks to me as if it's from making out for a long period of time with a guy that has scruff or facial hair. Be realistic, if it was a bad lip job she'd at least have fuller, more voluptuous lips.

To those of you who think she's not wearning a seatbelt, you're probably not aware that seatbelts in luxury cars are FLUSH.........trimline.........and not the same as you'd find in a General Motors, other domestic or even moderate import vehicle (Honda/Toyota). You can't see it running abover her shoulder so you ASSume she's not wearing one. It's clearly across her chest............look again. There's an educational tidbit for you............

457. CHECK OUT SYMPTOMS OF EXTENDED METH USE. ONE OF THE MAJOR ONES IS ATOPIC DERMATITIS AROUND THE MOUTH. JUST LIKE BRITNEY'S.
Now, I'm not a Brit-basher. I'm actually more concerned for her and her children than anything. This girl needs help STAT.
