98. This chick looks like she's high on drugs (more than one). Most likely a mix of legal & illegal drugs.

Look at this pic of her and compare it to one taken 3 or 4 years ago. She could be a poster child for a before and after shot for an anti-drug campaign. (like meth, or crack)

Her looks are quickly fading and her personal appearance looks like that of a street urchin. Her hair and fingernails are nasty, nasty!

Her lip looks like she is having a massive herpes outbreak (caused by stress or excessive partying). Attractive!
