TMZ caught Dr. Frank Ryan last night outside of the Key Club, where he stressed the importance of doing some simple research before going under the knife.

Dr. Ryan, unlike Dr. Jan Adams, actually is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and will soon have his own show, "Doc Stars." Ryan has operated on stars like Gene Simmons, Shannon Tweed, DJ AM and Adrianne Curry.

Dr. Ryan is the best plastic surgeon, and the most caring doctor/person. He has turned away so many patients applying for plastic surgery because he does not believe that they are viable candidates for the surgery of their choice. I know several folks that are not famous that he has performed surgery on, and their lives have been enhanced ten fold. Gene Simmons still looks like Gene Simmons, who do you think that he wanted to
look like, Mick Jagger?
To know Doctor Ryan, is to love him, all you haters out there, must NOT know him.
HE IS THE BEST!
