18. First of all to all Nick haters, obviously they are of interest to you because you are commenting on their personal lives. Nick is grown up and that's what grown ups do -lay low. On the other hand, we have idiots like jessica who go around flaunting used goods to get ahead in life. Sacrificing marriage beliefs, to promote businesses hardly qualifies as maturity(comment 11). 19. Some of you are so naive..especially Sunshine. Jessica cheated on Nick while they were married with Bam Margero. Nick did not cheat. All the allegations and gossip but no proof whereas Bam told his story and Jessica's own father acknowleged it. I've met Nick and he is a really down to earth good guy. Look at their current situations: Jessica was dumped in less than 6 months whereas Nick is in a nearly two year relationship. Jessica does interview after interview talking about being a "survivor" so she is milking the "divorce victim" status herself. She wanted the divorce because she thought her marriage was holding her back from real celebrity and yet since the divorce she hasn't done one successful movie and her one album flopped. Give me a break. Nick is the good guy. Jessica was an idiot for letting him go.

29. Nick and Vanessa need to get a job! All they do is party and vacation. They would never make if it they had a normal relationship. Once they come down from their high (cokeheads) they will end it and Vanessa will move on to another celeb to try to get famous.

30. They are celebrating their birthday, let them be happy!
Seeing them still together is a great thing. It can only mean that they found love and comfort in each other and that is just fantastic. I think Jessica Simpson is the furthest thing in Nick's mind so,... let it go people.
Besides, Jessica had her chance to happiness with Bam Margera, Jhonny Knoxville,
