Blink 182 Bassist Gets Mandy Moore's Leftovers

Trying to sell rhinestone-covered license plate frames outside of Mr. Chow is a tough sell -- but getting one into the hands of a big name celebrity is even trickier.


After stars like Rod Stewart and Mandy Moore turned him down -- even after he told Mandy it was "designed for her" -- the plate ended up going home with Mark Hoppus.

Mandy may have scoffed, but Mark look stoked!

I guess this puts the myspace rumor to rest - TRAVIS DID NOT DIE.

OH - and he is the Singer of +44 now - not the bassist for Blink 182
