She had her Liscese suspended but she kept on driving anyway, several times without it.
Checked in/out of rehabs. Went back to using. Got money from the bar owners to be at "their place" and get drunk for free [ no-one has fined them? ].
Think that an order by a judge will stop her. It hasn't done anything in the past so the kids are still in danger.

in case you didnt hear allready, britney and her laywer did hire a PI to track kevins whereabouts and home life with the kids and they didnt get squat on kevin..they have nothing on him. thats what pisses britney and her laywer off to no end.
their was the false rumor of kevin smoking weed on the set of one tree hill, there are NO pictures and video to prove it..no camera phone pics..nothing nada zilch. britney and her lawyer jumped on it and got squat.
she has spend mucho bucks payin the PI to catch kevin doing something wrong and end up empty handed every single time.
theyve got nothing to use against him in court..thats why she's losing.

The least amount of time Britney spends with the boys, the better for them, even tho she's their mother. Sometimes a situation is SO BAD with the mom in the picture that it is actually better if the mother has very little or even no contact with the kids. A mother can do an incredible amount of psychological damage to her children, especially when the kids are male. Britney seems to think of the boys as objects - "things" to be kept away from Kevin in the divorce proceedings. I can't imagine, from her continuous selfish, hearless actions, that she truly, deeply loves them the way a mother should. My heart just breaks for Sean Preston and Jayden James. I was totally anti Kevin at first, but he is stepping up to the plate like he should. And I think that he truly, deeply, totally, absolutely loves those boys.

Gee, what a funny coincidence and blah blah...
Do the TMZ team members ever read these comments? I can't find anywhere to write to TMZ. I have a few suggestions. 1) The menu on the left is too long. Group stuff in a more organized manner, please. 2) How about a way for us to have an account so we can add our TMZ clips to favorites like on YouTube. That way we can access our favorite Pap and news clips without digging for them. 3) If you're going to sell T-shirts, offer more styles.
I know, I know, "Shut up, lost, get a life..." I obviously have no life since I'm always on TMZ. But at least I'm honest. :)
