TMZ has learned Britney Spears can't drive with her kids in the car. 
The move was made after a court hearing today, during which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, officially informed the judge that Brit blew a red light with her kiddies in the car last week.
We're told Commish Gordon issued the sealed order, as stipulated by lawyers for several of the issues.

I think the paps follow her because they know beyond a doubt that she will do something crazy and they will then get big money for selling the pictures. If she would stop doing insane stuff like giving them full on crotch shots and attacking parked cars with umbrellas and shaving her head in public they would not be stalking her. I'm not saying they would all abandon her but maybe she would have a couple clammoring around her, not an entire circus troope. She is doing all she can to encourage this madness. I think she needs the attention for some twisted reason. It takes two to tango as the saying goes.

33. .....we all knew that was coming, not fair though, she is flippin hounded , that is a law that should change...but god works in mysterious ways, good will come form this for Britney and she will be home with the boyz, she doesn't need to be taking them anywhere right now anyways. 42. This is amazing. What a precedent! So shortly no celebrity who has children will be able to drive them because of the paps. Instead of seeking to restrict the behaviour of the paps you penalize the parent. I wonder what will happen when the video of Kevin driving the children recklessly is brought to the Commissioner attention. These people are turning the law into a farce. What a shame.
