437. To: JOHN B (#408): Part 1. This is what I see on the news outlet that you referred to, which actually proves MY POINT (am having trouble getting this comment posted so I took out the reference t:

438. So read the other news outlet article again a bit more closely. They say that a video from the tmzurd website was entered into evidence and shows Britney “apparently” and “appearing to” (key words here being “apparently” and “appearing to”) run/running a red light. That news outlet is not dumb enough to take the tmzurd’s video as truth. You know why? Because that news outlet knows that videos can be altered. There is a video on another site which shows the incident from a different angle. The other video shows that the other cars in the intersection stopped and the first car across from Britney flashed its lights to indicate she should go. To me, if that video is true, the cars in the intersection were concerned for the safety of everyone and thought it best to let Britney continue on carefully. However, that video was not entered into evidence. Hhmm. Also, just curious, what is the normal consequence for a mom making a turn through a red light with kids in the car? Take away her privilege of driving with her kids in the car or give her a ticket?

Because the docs were not made available and neither attorney would comment. So there should be no way that this site should know what the outcome was. Other sites who are stating that the outcome is unknown. How does this one know?

All that I am pointing out is that any court should not base their rulings on information gathered from a gossip site.

Yes, I’m a Britney fan and I truly wish her well, but on this site I have wondered whether she truly wants custody of her kids, I have stated that she should have hired a driver and a security detail long ago, she should get rid of the people currently surrounding her (e.g, Ali and Lufti), she needs and should get help, etc., etc., etc. You can be a fan but you can still be objective.

As far as k-shiit? He is a total loser. He has 4 children – not 2. I could go on and on about that but I’ve posted all of that before.

So, no, I’m not delusional, I’m objective. Are you?

442. AND LASTLY, just the fact that I had to re-write my response to John B. (#408) several times and had to take out several truthful references and quotes from CNN, just proves what an open and honest site this is (NOT). They can post all the BS in the world and get away with it, but don't try to respond without them censoring your comment to read exactly how they want it to read. More proof that they manipulate everything on this site. tmz sux.

444. TMZ why aren't you hounding Kevin like you are Britney??? Let's not forget Kevin claims he made $7,000.00 , so how can he support 4 kids and didn't Shar Jackson get a tummy tuck? Who paid for that? Is Britney supporting her boys, Kevin, Shar and her kids too? Before Britney & Kevin had anyone heard of Shar? If not why is she being invited to celebrity events and in magazines? Why are people allowed to get so close to moving vehicles maybe the judge should look into this being a hazard...

448. Why does tmz change the order of the posts?

*Yawns" eloquent post (now #454) was posted BEFORE my response (now #452). See how tmz plays games and manipulates things? They have made it appear that my post was not in RESPONSE to *Yawns* post, but rather just an attack on *Yawn*. This is neither here nor there, just move evidence what this site manipulates things to "appear" one way when in actuality, things were another way.

And the commisioner rules based on evidence from this site! Absurd!

449. I'm not sure when the above photo was taken, but THE CARSEATS ARE NOT BUCKLED! I actually own that brand of carseat (Britax) and as you can see in the photo, there are two metal pieces that have to go into the buckle at the bottom of the seat between the legs. You can't just buckle the plastic part on the the chest. If she were to get in an accident with those children buckled in like that they would be seriously injured. There is nothing to keep them in the carseat! Thankfully she can't drive with them anymore! She needs serious help!

450. I have the same carseat for my 20 month old daughter. Jayden and Sean Preston are not even close to being secured properly in their seats, per the photo. Is she too lazy to complete the strapping in process? Not only should she not be allowed to drive with the kids in the car, she should have them taken away for good before someone is seriously injured.
