52. This is amazing. What a precedent! So shortly no celebrity who has children will be able to drive them because of the paps. Instead of seeking to restrict the behaviour of the paps you penalize the parent. I wonder what will happen when the video of Kevin driving the children recklessly is brought to the Commissioner attention. These people are turning the law into a farce. What a shame.

60. I think Britney is a little too immature right now in her life to be taking care of kids full time. You can be a fun mom and good looking mom, and still go out and have fun, but there comes a time when your kids are in the car and you drive safely because you want to protect them.. make sure they eat well, put them to bed on time, etc. These are not dolls, they are real children and they are growing up fast. Pretty soon these kids are going to be 4 and 5 years old. It would probably be best if she didn't get custody, but got visitation. Have the kids over for the day, take them to the park, whatever but not full time. Kids need stability in their lives, they need a schedule. It's a shame because at her age she should be mature enough by now. Sometimes it seems like she acts like a high school kid.
