TMZ has learned Britney Spears can't drive with her kids in the car.

The move was made after a court hearing today, during which Mark Vincent Kaplan, K-Fed's lawyer, officially informed the judge that Brit blew a red light with her kiddies in the car last week.

We're told Commish Gordon issued the sealed order, as stipulated by lawyers for several of the issues.

I think the paps follow her because they know beyond a doubt that she will do something crazy and they will then get big money for selling the pictures. If she would stop doing insane stuff like giving them full on crotch shots and attacking parked cars with umbrellas and shaving her head in public they would not be stalking her. I'm not saying they would all abandon her but maybe she would have a couple clammoring around her, not an entire circus troope. She is doing all she can to encourage this madness. I think she needs the attention for some twisted reason. It takes two to tango as the saying goes.

75. I think what the judge did was terrible. Do you think KFed hasn't blown and red lights with the kids in the car. People where posting on the other Brit thread that KFed drove screeching from Brit's home after he picked up the kids.

It seems like the judge has made the decision to take Brit's kids from her if she's not allowed to drive with them in the car. This is such BS.
