62. I am horrified at the appearance of the huge red scars this poor woman has. The pictures of those gaping wounds are simply stomach turning.

Little less than a year ago I had a mastectomy (with no reconstruction) after a diagnosis of breast cancer. My scar is thin, white, neat, soft, flexible, and virtually invisible. I have to look hard to see it. I had my surgery on Tuesday morning. I went home Wednesday evening. I had my first post opperative appointment with my surgeon on Friday. I got a phone call from his office on Thursday asking me how I was doing. This poor woman did not see this alleged plastic surgeon for nine long months. That is appalling. The level of utter incompetence and complete lack of concern for the well being of his patients displayed Jan Adams nearly defies description.

63. OK, It is pretty bad, but in all honesty, please consider It is possible that this person did not did not follow post operation protocol. People have to remember, this is SURGERY. Not some tattoo that you can slap on and go on and do what you want. As far as "Destroying" that patient. Cosmetic surgery is something a patient CHOOSES to do, not fighting a life threatening disease. It sucks because all the TV , reality shows and commercials make all these cosmetic procedures even down to tooth bleaching appear painless and easy with no thought about the possible complications. Weather or not who is at fault (not just this case) there are many sides.

67. I live in Beverly Hills and had a wonderful BLACK BOARD CERTIFIED DOCTORD. HIM BEING BLACK HAS NOTHINGTO DO WITH IT. THERE ARE PLENTY OF WHITE DOCTORS ON DATELINE AND OTHER SHOWS AND REVIEW BOARDS THAT HAVE DONE JUST AS BAD> OPRAH DOESNT DO A BACKGROUND CHECK. SHE HAS PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HER. ITS HIS FAULT . PERIOD . GET A CLUE .

Thanks for the response, I think it is to late to sue...I would like to try and get scar revision but am very fearful...I showed them to TMZ but was unaware they would be posting them for all the world to see....but i guess if posting them means having someone see them who is looking to have surgery will just make them aware that the grass is not always greener on the other isde then ok...I am a real person and i was in bed for 7 months after this surgery....i had a hard time even getting up...so in response to other questions i did all the things dr.adams told me to do and did not move around for a long time.
