61. In the country that I live in, you have to provide proof of insurance to get your vehicle registered and then you receive the plates the same day at the registration office. There is also a spot on the plate where it shows the expiry date of the registration. If pulled over for no plates or no registration, the vehicle is immediately towed to the impound yard and the driver receives a huge fine. How can you tell if there is insurance on the vehicle if there is no licence plate and why is it taking her so long to get one?
